Time to put out some Bait

I didn't know what made me afraid. I thought I had had enough intimacy with Santiago… I even longed to be with him. But when he showed up unexpectedly in his daughter's room, my heart tumbled.

Was it the way he stared at me? There was something unnerving about him. His looks and the way he glared at me when he saw me in Tiffany's bed… it gave me the scare. I almost threw Tiffany's head away from my lap to flee, but he stopped me.

What the heck is the deal with him? If he wanted me to stay, why did he glare down at me?

Well, I somehow understood him. He must be feeling horrible, his estate was almost razed down.

As for me, I couldn't be more thankful when he left almost immediately. I bounced out the bed and made my way home. Tiffany was calm and asleep, my mission in her villa had ended.
