A Ten Man Panel

Rick was the first to bump in.

"I didn't know that you were back until I saw the message," he said, looking worn out and worried.

"How is the clean up?" I asked grimly.

"We should be done tomorrow!"

I hit the desk hard and he flinched.

"I want it done before dawn!"

"Yes sir!" He responded meaningfully.

"Where are others? They're supposed to be here already!" I thundered.

"They are here… waiting at the conference room," Rick responded, I shot out of my office and headed down to the conference room.

It was a ten man gathering, including Rick and I. Just like Rick said, the remaining eight men were already present. They rose to their feet as I walked in.

The urgency of the issue at hand was written all over their faces but I wasn't impressed.

"It's not enough to look concerned and worried, we have to tighten our belts. Isn't it disgusting that a big fall out like this occurred and there was just one suspect who escaped alive!?"
