"Baby girl, we need to tell you something."
There was a dead silence as my ears itched to hear about it.
"Firstly, I want you to know that your dad and I love you and no matter what happens, we love you very much. And remember, that you are the best thing to happen to us and that you are not a mistake, no matter what happens."
I don’t know why they are telling me this but I don’t like the sound of this at all. It sounded to me like something foreboding was going to happen. Mom continued.
"There is a group called the Revenants. They are the oldest living werewolves in history, descended directly from Cain."
"You mean Cain in the bible?" I have always thought that the bible character was a myth.
"That exact one." She nodded.
"What do they want with me?"

Chapter: CHAPTER ONE The bell rang for break and I walked out of the class without saying a word. It had been an uneventful morning, no lectures; just some homework and study. Chapter: CHAPTER HUNDRED AND ONE (FINAL CHAPTER)Mr Blackwood was still running away with his injured shoulder, accompanied by one security guard as they met with the back up squad detective Garrett requested for. They rushed over to him and had him arrested along with the men that fought with detective Garrett and Frederick while some came upstairs to where we were and arrested the investors, the pharmacist, the hitman and Marcus. I ran over to Julian the moment I broke away from the hitman’s grip as I held Julian in my arms.“Julian, I am here, look at me” I said as I tapped him gently on the face so he could be conscious.Julian was too weak to say a word as he stretched forth his hand and caressed my cheeks and then became unconscious as though he had been withholding until he touched me before he gave up.
