Upon hearing her mate's consent, Kate slowly let one hand trail down to Laurie's waist while the other moved to cup the side of her neck, gently coaxing her to tilt her head back. For a split second, Kate thought about how it would feel to sink her teeth into the pale expanse of her mate's neck and mark her. She quickly shook herself from the thought and started to slowly project her scent onto Laurie.She gently brushed her face against Laurie's neck, taking note of how the hands on her lower back tightened their hold. She took her time with that spot before moving to the other side, letting out a quiet groan as one of Laurie's hands moved to slide through her hair. Kate was holding very little back at this point and Laurie's responsiveness was only encouraging her to keep going.
