Every day for the past week now, Ethan has either called, texted, or come by my home. Me being the stubborn person I am, has been ignoring him. I don’t know what to say. The next day my friends jump all over me asking a million questions about Ethan. For me sitting at home on a Saturday night is completely normal. I have a few friends but they are all into going out just about every night and partying. I go with them occasionally but for the most part I just sit at home and read a book. A book, especially a romance one, is my happy place. My friends keep asking me how I expect to meet someone and have some romance of my own if I just sit at home and keep my face glued to a book. I guess in reality it is easier to sit here and imagine me being the main character in the book instead of going on and having that chance of facing rejection. Rejection is something I am just not good at.Just as I am about to sit down on my couch and open up my current read, my door bell rings. I already know it is Jennifer and Kassie. I look down at my phone to see that it is 7:30. Yep they are right on time to begin their begging of the night.

It has been almost 9 months since JP and I announced to our best friends and my parents that we were married along with me announcing that I am pregnant. Surprisingly, they were super excited that I'm pregnant. JP was the happiest of all. We were both hoping for a little boy and guess what? That part is very complicated. Of course, we are catching feelings with all the time we spend together but I refuse to become dependent on any man again.
