Claire’s POV:They just kept fighting and fighting. Everything in the place was smashed up or ripped up. All of a sudden there was a huge crash!“ENOUGH!!” A man yelled.Everyone froze and kneeled. Claire’s POV: I close my eyes in front of my huge cake. “I wish…” All of a sudden there was a huge crash and one of the guests screamed. My head quickly snaps towards the gut wrenching scream I hear. Everyone was panicking, usually they would have shifted by now. To be honest I’m surprised they hadn’t already. Between the screams and violence i couldn’t think straight. What was I supposed to do?! Claire’s POV:Walking out of the bathroom I could hear the awes from Selene and Teddy. I felt a little embarrassed to come out looking like a dream while I was going out without my brother. Claire’s POV:I woke up to a bunch of text messages from everyone wishing me a happy birthday. I was very pleased that no one important to me forgot. I start to get up as my mom bursts through my door.“Where is it!” She screams.“What? What are you talking about?” I reply rubbing my eyes.“I know you took it, you always take my stuff! Give it back to me or get the hell out of my house!” She grabs me by my pajama shirt and starts shoving me.“What the hell are you talking about you psycho!”“What’s going on?” Teddy says, coming down the hall. “It’s okay champ, go back to sleep. Selene’s POV:It’s been over a week and I was going crazy! I can’t just sit here. It was Claire’s birthday party tomorrow evening and I had to go! After all, it’s been days since I felt dizzy or even took medication. I planned the whole sha-bang, it was my right! I was a wear wolf after all. We heal way faster than normal. I was a good girl, I stayed inside and rested. I let everyone doing everything for me and now it was time to get back to normal. Usually I loved it when I was being fussed and looked after. But after a while I got so fed up with it I was ready to burst!I already had my outfit for Claire’s party, all I needed now was a release from the doctor so no one would get mad at me for showing up, or drinking!I called a cab and waited for them. It wasn’t a long wait. Climbing in I asked to be taken to the pack hospital. Upon arriving there I saw a really nice car parked a-crossed the street from the entrance to the hospital. I liked the paint job and the older model vehicle.

As we were headed home from the pack hospital, Claire told me about what happened at the club.“So this human… He just showed up and freaked out?!” “Pretty much!” Said Claire. “The packs gamma is in charge of the investigation. But I highly doubt our Alpha is happy about this happening with a human.” Claire said as we pulled up to my house.We started up the long stairs as I started feeling dizzy. “I don’t think I’m gonna make it.” I say as I start sitting down on the steps. “Just let me have a little rest.” After about 5 minutes, I stand up and pat the dust off my butt. “Let’s do this.” And I start climbing. We get to the door and as it swing’s open “surprise!!” I almost fainted it scared me so bad!I decided a good place for me was in our nice big comfy chair I always liked. My mom got me a blanket and a cup of tea to keep me cozy. Claire wasn’t too far from me, in case I needed anything.
