"And who was the guy that just left?" He asked pointing towards the doorway with a hard look on his face.

"Oh that was Eric dear, he was the one who found her and he brought her to us," My mom replied to him patiently.

"Where did he find her, how do we know he is not the person who kidnapped her," Damien said his voice filled with doubt.

My mom tried to narrate the whole story that Eric had told her when we came earlier to him and I watched how he listened attentively to everything she said and when she was done speaking, he also spoke.

"So let me get this straight." He said and paused for a while before starting to speak again.

"So what you're saying is she woke up on an island with no memories at all, and that island also happened to be the same island where this so-called Eric was having a vacation, and it was just the two of them on that island for God knows how long, and he claims he doesn't know or have any idea how she ended up there," Damien said, re
