TWOAudrey's POV“Get up… lazy slut” mother yelled at me as a bucket of cold water landed on me.My entire body trembled as the cold water soaked through my clothes, I tried to open my eyes but the light was too bright causing me to shut it immediately with my head throbbing badly.I could feel mother’s gaze on me as I struggled to get myself together. THREEAudrey's POV“Nothing Dad, I was just clumsy” I lied in a bid to defend my mother.He picked a paper towel and wrapped my hand with it to stop the blood from dripping. “Go get that cleaned up” he said as I nodded and I scurried out.I stepped into the hallway and I saw Ava’s laundry where she had left them. I struggled to pack the clothes when one of the guards walked up to me. His name was Melvin he had always been nice to me.Melvin helped me pack the clothes. “Let me help you with that,” he said.
