It was morning ,I could tell by the rays of sunlight that were peaking through the holes of my blanket. I didn't want to wake up. I hated mornings so much because they were those part of a new day that reminded you about your problems, hardships and pain ,literally everything you wouldn't want to think about. Whereas at night, you go to sleep and forget about all those damn things. But morning comes along and everything comes rushing back in your mind again. STEPHEN'S POVI was getting ready in my room for my welcome party that was going to be held at the palace in about an hour, when Lorrine budged in my room unannounced and without so much of a knock on the door This was my fucking room for god's sake. ANNIE'S POV I was sitting on my knees, naked, with both my arms outstretched and tied to the front posts of the bed with something like a rope. I could hear some movement behind me, but my head could only turn to the side as I tried to look back. My chest rose and fell with heavy breaths, and my whole body felt so hot for some reason. I felt the bed dip behind me, and the next thing I felt was somebody's hard chest pressing flat against my back, with their hand wrapping around my neck while the other caressed and played with my nipples. My back arched, my head falling back on their shoulder, and a throaty moan slipped out of my mouth when something cold pinched my nipples so hard. ANNIE'S POV "Do you have any idea just how worried I was about you, huh?" Matilda exclaimed, her brows furrowing in frustration as she scolded me. The concern in her voice was unmistakable. "What if something really bad had happened to you? What on earth would I do without you, huh?" Feeling the heat of shame wash over me, I looked down at my lap, unable to meet her piercing gaze as I mumbled my apology, "I'm sorry." "You are so fucking careless sometimes Annie; I swear, I just can't with you!" she retorted, her voice a mix of disbelief and exasperation. I could see the worry etched across her face, though her anger was evident too. I pouted as I raised my eyes to meet Matilda's. Her expression was stormy, a mixture of anger and profound fear, and I knew I had put her through an ordeal. "I said I was sorry, Mattie! I was lost in thought and didn’t even notice that car behind me until it was almost too late." Matilda let out a heavy sigh, and her demeanor softened just a touch.
