May 19th, 1993. Murim District. The sky was covered with dark clouds. The cold rain fell harder than it had in decades, threatening to drown out everything in existence. In a small private clinic, a baby boy was born between two of the most influential families in the area. The surroundings were mostly vast open regions of dry deserts and mountains so having access to any kind of medical facilities was a big deal. He was given the name Kong Sheng Chen by his mother which had brave/heroic and dignified characteristics. He didn't look particularly heroic though. With dark hair and fair skin, his only noticeable feature was the color of his eyes which were light green. His birth came at a very strange time. The marriage between his parents was a political one and neither of them had any say in the matter. Soon after the marriage they were forced to separate, which at the time was considered very shameful so no news of this was leaked. The marriage was scraped from the records
