Chapter 31My head was about to split into two and at the same time, it felt like I was hit by a truck.I groaned rolling myself in the sheets and holding my head with both hands. Yet in all of this pain, the bed was still soft and as much as it felt unfamiliar, I relaxed as I tried to close my eyes tighter to ease the pain. Chapter 33"How the hell did she get here?" I muttered under my breath. I was bewildered and thinking of how it was possible. Elliot and I were at the entrance of the lobby when she stepped in. I met halfway and she was glaring at Elliot from afar. Drew followed her behind, then the puzzle was becoming clearer."What the hell are you doing here?" I asked her but she pulled me into a hug. She was scouring my body for any injuries. "I'm fine, Kathy." I was the bridge between her and Elliot. She looked like she was about to rip him off his skin. Chapter 35It was over an hour ago since I saw Elliot's message. There was no need to leave the house, it wasn't my fault that I got the message late. Chapter 39Everything felt dreamy. I could hear laughter and chatty voices from the sitting room. I half opened my eyes and itched them for a bit, adjusting my sight to the blinding lights.
