Prologue

"It's coming, Eric!" Saraphine's screamed awoken me from my slumber."Anna!" I quickly shook her awake beside me. "Anna, the babies coming!"Anna pitched up and fully acknowledged the situation due to Saraphine's constant screaming. We both got out of our bed and ran to the other room. We bursted into the room to see her trying to sit up on her bed in the dark."It hurts. . . it hurts so much! I can't take it!" Saraphine cried. I grabbed the luminosity diamonds and placed them around the room for light. Anna laid Saraphine down on her back with a few cushions beneath her head. She lifted her knees up and spread her legs."It's okay, Sara. Just try to breath as normal as you can." Anna coached her before she started screaming again. I ran and held her hand but seems like she was doing all of the grasping. Letting her clamp on to me was a bad idea because now I'm in pain as well. "I can see the head! Sara, I need you to push!

SETH "Now? What are we going to do?" I oddly asked Uncle. He stood back up to his feet and walked away from me. At a distance he turned around pulling a knife from his coat. "At the moment, you are only a Potential-Caster in the process of becoming a True-Caster. First, we need to find out exactly what kind of power your true nature holds." Uncle disappeared from my sight in a flash which caught my full attention. "W-what? Where'd you go?" I became frightened. "Behind you." I turned quickly to the sound of his voice and suddenly a knife was place beneath my chin onto my neck. I gulped with the knife pressing up against my throat before he removed it. SETH *8 Years Later* "Are you sure you want to do this?" Uncle Eric asked while I walked out of the house with my bag on my back. "I'll be fine Uncle. I can't live the rest out my life hiding in the shadows. It's been 18 years. If going to the Saki Empire is a risk at my life, then it's a risk I'm willing to take. They won't execute me without a trial. I never murdered anyone for this power so I'm innocent. "And if they find you guilty?" Auntie Anna asked, still scared for me. "Then I'll destroy half of the kingdom trying to get back to you guys. No one's going to kill me. The difference between me and the other casters that have been executed, is that I've had my power longer than them, and I know how to use it. Sooner or later I'm going to end up there. Why not let it be on my own terms?" I asked smiling. Uncle laughed and pulled me into him.
