As Grandpa Liam attempted to reason with Anderson, the young man's arrogance and stubbornness proved to be formidable obstacles. Anderson stood before Liam, his arms crossed defiantly as he met Liam's gaze with a challenging glare.

"I don't need your advice, old man," Anderson spat, his voice dripping with disdain. "I know what I'm doing, and I don't need you or anyone else interfering."

Liam's jaw tightened with frustration at Anderson's insolence, but he remained calm, refusing to be drawn into a confrontation.

"Anderson, you need to understand the seriousness of the situation," Liam said, his voice firm but measured. "There are forces at play here that you can't begin to comprehend."

But Anderson scoffed at Liam's words, his arrogance unyielding. "I don't care about your warnings," he retorted, his voice laced with contempt. "I'll handle things my way, and I don't need you or anyone else telling me what to do."
