An hour later while the sun set, a slight moon became clear in the sky, and Lev entered with a food plate. As he saw her combing her hip-long silky hair, he asked, "Where are you going?"

"To search the house," she replied shortly, twisting and turning to him as he checked that the night sky had dotting stars around it.

He turned his face to her. "But it's already night."

"That's what I say, I must find a place before it hits midnight. Bye," She assured and picked up her phone from the table and hurriedly left, putting on his leather coat over her slightly shivering body.

He sighed hopelessly as she passed him, running out of the room.

As she trolled her baggage and walked the sidewalk in the night where the few cars, bikes, and busses passed the highway road, she was checking each pole for any house rental posts. Luckily, she met a man of worth who was offering notice of having rental house detail, in front of a restaurant.

With slight hope that her life could change, She approached him. "Is there any rented house under this budget as mentioned here?" She pointed to the cheap praise offering a nice, neat apartment house.

That man nodded crucially and was extremely happy that he found one person.

She offered a thankful smile delightfully.

The small apartment looks so neat as if it had been painted newly, the elevator stopped at the 7th floor.

The door wide opened, she uttered, lifted her luggage to cross the door opening place, and trolled it inside as her carefully checking eyes looked at the plain white ceiling, her shoe stepped at that white neat, white tile when she was about to enter the living room.

It was such a big room unlike what she expected, so she undoubtedly turned to the owner. "This looks so big and it has two rooms, are you sure you are renting me for the cheapest?"

"Yes," he confidently nodded, offering a faithful smile outside, however, deep inside his mind reminding himself 'Please agree, please agree, oh God! Please let her agree,'

"Thank you, I'm so lucky sometimes," with a gratifying smile, she encouraged her broken heart as she inhaled, wiggling her upper shoulder like enduring cold.

After signing a contract for three months, she transitioned rental money to him and the rent boy left the house.

She started to arrange her things all over the house and selected the room next to the restroom while another one was far from the living room.

After arranging everything, the time read '09:00 PM'

She spread her hand wide and twirled in the same place as she delightfully welcomed her upcoming good fortune.

She turned abruptly, happiness bloomed face became jaw dropped once recognized the person was Leonid. He also stunned, disgustedly fixed her shocked eyes on her as his foot halted right after stepped inside.

She focused her body, expanded her eyes once, and asked, "Why are you here?" she couldn't believe her eyes how he ended up there.

"This is my house, how did you enter here?" His annoyance surged.

"Your house? Hello, I just rented it." She confidently waved her index fingers towards her body. "Here is the contact paper." she shook off it in front of her face.

As fright grew in no time, he unworn his shoe hurriedly, ran to her, and snatched it badly as it made a paper crashing sound. Her trembling pupils moved left and right at a slight speed as he read those contracts.

"This bitch!"

He bit his teeth frustratedly and dialed the housekeeper, who was responsible for this whole platform.

"Jerk! What have you done to my house?" fervidly shouted through the phone as Elvira crossed her hand over her chest.

That man munched his lips nervously and asked in fright, "Aren't you with your wife?"

"Wife my foot! I divorced her." he sounded disliked.

"But, sorry Leonid. I already contracted with her, we have no chance." that man disappointedly said that would agitate his inner anger.

He hung up, rested his hand on his hips anxiously, and looked straight at her unbothered face. "I will give the advance money, get out of this house right now," he demanded.

She let out a deep sigh as if it was nothing to her before saying, "I can't, I have no place to go and I already paid the payment." She staunchly told, seated on the sofa as a boss that irritated him so much.

He stomped his feet on the floor fervently and headed to his room.

Elvira shuddered from sleep and straightened her body against the sofa, disgustedly glaring at Leonid, who was stretching another words-filled paper.

As he exploded in anger, he split a tantrum without even considering her face that slowly soaking in torment. "I don't even like your smell. It's kind of something awful, get away from my life. Really, I don't want to see this ugly face of yours again in my life. Your body, it hasn't even had a fictional shape, you are just disgusted to have sex with,"

With his every hatred mentioned, and the way he expresses his disgust, which indirectly tells her that he must do that without feelings, tears already running down to the floor and she sniveling with a downward face having not enough courage to see his impassion on her.

As for a sixteen-year-old-minded girl, the age where a child tends to take everything into their heart without having enough sense to split what is good or bad, how could she tolerate it and keep standing in front of him?

At Lev's house, he checked the time on his cell after trying so many times to her phone. The time read 09:47 PM.

He unseated from the sofa, put his coat on, hurried outside, and kept dialing her non-stoppable.

On Elvira's phone screen, a message popped up after the call ended. "From Lev Fyodorov : Elvira, reply to me if you found the house."

The phone rang again and stopped after a minute, the pop-up notification said '50 missed calls from Lev Fyodorov '

Elvira awakened with that swollen, reddish face, eyes had slightly redded strings of veins and the trace of tears ran down through cheeks still visible in that lighted room.

She sat up, picked up her phone, and dialed back to Lev Fyodorov without even considering how many times he called and failed to notice the 100 and more message notifications.

"Elvira, did you find a house?" Lev Fyodorov asked calmly suppressing all his fluttering, pulsing rate of heart.

"Yes," with a slight humming, she replied shortly.

"Okay, bye." He hung up quickly as he sensed that her 'yes' had no emotions she always expressed if she found something she had searching for the whole time.

Elvira always exclaims in joy whenever her heart finds the one she likes. More than anyone, Lev Fyodorov was so lucky to see all kinds of cute expressions of her. However, today, since the morning, everything changed. She started to hide her miserable side from Lev Fyodorov , which poured some doubt on her existence.
