Chapter 42: Taking care in secret

The quiz went well but the bigger hurdle than it was waiting for Hannah. In a week their midterms were going to start and with that her all nighters were increasing.

She plopped on the sofa in the living room without knowing that the devil was also sitting there.

"You already look quite hideous and with those eye bags sagging, it's quite a sight." He sarcastically told her and Hamnah just rolled her eyes.

"You know what, by continuously rolling your eyes you can also get pink eyes." He kept on teasing her but inside he knew she was stressed about her studies unlike him, who pulls all-nighters just to play games.

"Shut up, Zion. Don't talk to me." She roared.

"Actually, if you want my help I can help you but I think you have forgotten, you haven't made coffee for me yet." He faked anger.
