“Get in. We need to talk.” He spoke gently so as not to scare her like he did before.
Elaine was still a little hesitant to accept his request or order whatever.
“Are you getting in or should I carry you in myself?” He looked angrily at Elaine who immediately opened the door of the car and entered inside in one swoop.
