Chapter twenty one (like nothing had ever happened)

2024-10-29 19:42:56I yawned myself awake after a dime sunlight touched my face.
Another morning has arrived. Another day and time for work.
The real beginning of my mission. The alpha has started his now.
Truth be told, I just want this to be over as soon as possible.
Even if I managed to win Stark's heart, I still need to build his trust on me.
After all, if he really ends up in love with me, I don't think he would want to expose any dangerous truth to me.
At least not until I catch him in the act first.
I slipped out of bed and went straight to the bathroom.
I don't want to waste any time in going to work.
I need to rest my mind from all this first. Who knows what might happen if I keep over thinking like this.
I entered the bathtub and turned on the tap.
Some people would let it fill up before they hop in. But I like the feeling of the water as it crawls up my body while it fills up the bathtub.

Of course I would look and smell so filthy.
