Grayson POV

My day drags on, and I can’t stop myself from spamming Sammi’s phone. She has to talk to me eventually, right? She can’t just erase me like I don’t exist, though she’s doing a damn good job of it.

I’ve been drinking more than I should, trying to numb the ache, but it’s not working. The way she’s shutting me out, ignoring me like I never mattered, it fucking hurts.
