As night settled, Sarah contemplated what to do. She had no idea why young master Xander left her at Lachlan's household.

With a mop and pail in her hand, she made her way toward the deserted study. It was said to be a favorite place of their granddaughter before she disappeared, which was then abandoned. She was instructed to arrange the study since her disappearance anniversary was fast approaching.
