"Why are you looking at me like that?" Maxwell was amused and puzzled by her gaze.

He reached out to tidy her chestnut curly hair and admired her defined collarbones as he remarked, "If you wear that pink diamond necklace at the charity gala in a couple of days, you'll be stunning."
