The black car was parked outside the university as usual. Vivian only noticed Edward sitting in the back of the car when she put one foot into the vehicle. She stiffened albeit it only being for one split second. Then, she sat down.

Edward glanced at her, then nonchalantly tossed her a paper bag. “Put this on.”

She opened the bag and looked inside—it was a black minidress and a pair of black stilettos. Without a word, she placed the bag between them and turned her head to look out of the windo
