Chapter 507 Call an Ambulance

The Northwood Corporation's management offices were all well-soundproofed. But, Calista could still hear the commotion while standing by the door.

It indicated that things were quite serious. There was possibly an argument happening inside.

Henry had been admitted to the hospital the night before due to high blood pressure. The doctor had wanted to keep him under observation for two more days.

But, Macy sent a message saying that he had forcibly gotten himself discharged early this morning. The doctor had emphasized that he should avoid being too emotionally agitated.

He couldn't stay up late or engage in high-intensity work. She turned to Adam.

"Who did you say was inside?"

"The deputy manager from the project department. He's the one responsible for everything that had gone awry with the project. It almost caused it to end prematurely," David said.

Calista frowned and knocked on the door. The disturbance inside came to a stop. Seconds later, the closed door swung open.
