I stared at him and he scoffed. Then he looked at the man again.
“Do you have more?”That man’s face turned cold and pale. Then he nodded his head in denial repeatedly. “No… this was stupid! That was such a magical and important drink!”
Ryan just stared at me with bloodshot eyes. I know he is damn angry now.
He pulled my hand harshly. I just looked at him scared, while he looked apologetically at the man.
