Max's POV When I peel my eyes open, the blinding brightness of the room forces my eyelids back shut. Pain, every part of me is in pain. The beeping monitor in the room forces the doctors into the room as the crowd me and suffocate me. It makes me panic even more. ‘what’s happening?’ I think to myself trying hard to remember what happened.
