Myra’s point of view

I stood rooted to a position, ignorant of my surroundings. My senses felt irrational, as though it wasn’t there and could not conclude a sentence about my current dilemma.

“Salome! Salome!!” I called out to my wolf, with the great hope that she’d have the answers to the questions I’m unable to ask.

For some reason my leg shifted, I was able to move and began walking towards what looks like a farmhouse. Except it wasn’t any farmhouse, it was the one I grew up in.

As I arrived by the door, it pulled open and the familiar face of my mother popped out. My eyes glazed with awe as she smiled at me.

“Myra, where have you been? We’ve been worried sick.” She pulled me in for a hug. My father came right behind her and joined in on the position.

This whole situation seems familiar. But my brain is too foggy to piece out the clues for details.
