In the living room,

Everyone was observing Teresa and Max.

Alpha Neil could not be more shocked. At first, his son turned out to be the powerful Alpha who had the biggest pack, and now his best friend, whom he used to scold, turned out to be the Beta of that pack.

Allison is an incredibly weak, unlikable character. She could've left with him. I thought, at least she was trying to protect him when she refused to go, but she was just thinking about herself and her apparently likeable dad, who just comes across like an asshole.

Really tired of his arrogant attitude. Now visiting alpha ever sits at the head of another alphas table, in any other books I've read. This is ridiculous and I do not care for Allison's attitude. She had the chance to leave and chose her pack, parents and duty over Ryan.
