Given her delicate constitution, she could get winded just from walking too far, let alone in a place where danger could strike at any moment.

Once a fight broke out, she'd be the first to go down.

But the fact that she was specifically asked to come indicated that they had some other use for her.

She feared she might be walking into a trap where, even if she did as she was asked, they might not release their captive.
