Chapter 206 Not Blaming Her Past Self

Rebecca wasn't afraid of Sam. Even when he threatened her, she only blinked innocently.

Seeing the way Rebecca reacted, Sam's face became filled with annoyance. He didn't keep walking, though. He stayed in place and said, "What are you doing standing there daydreaming? Are you coming or not?"

Under the moonlight, the light cast long shadows behind them.

Rebecca stepped across the shadows of the trees and said softly, "Sam, I'm serious. Although it was a joke telling you to cry, I hope you don't keep everything in your heart."

She continued, "Do you remember what I said to Oliver this afternoon? Crying is a healthy form of release. It's not shameful at all. I hope you can vent your emotions through communication or other means. Don't just run off like you did tonight.

"Such a thing can be harmful, and it makes us worried about you. Plus, it's damaging to your health if you keep things locked up. What's the point of that? We're a family, so there's no point in being so calculative
