Halle watched as Tabitha and Collette reluctantly got into the car.

Tabitha turned around to look at her with teary eyes and it was such an unreal feeling.

It took her back to the day she had first met the woman, a stranger that had now become one of her very good friends.

“Promise me you will take good care of and never skip your meals!” She said with a shaky voice, shuffling in her feet like she was resisting the urge to walk up to Halle.

Halle gave a watery smile and willed herself not to cry as her lips trembled from the pressure of holding it in.

“I will never skip my meals and I will see you both soon, I promise,” Halle said.

Tabitha nodded firmly and the closed the car door behind her, Collette's hand stuck out the window as the car began to move out of the property.

Halle laughed and waved back, feeling a deep pang in her chest as she watched them drive away. There was a high chance that she would never see them again which also meant that she had to be extra car
