Chapter 72 CH 75: Come Back To Me

I blinked my eyes opened with a blurry vision of the Hospital seen. I was back in the room where my father was still lying on the bed. My left hand was still holding his hands with my other hand on his forehead. “Dad?” I whispered calling him weakly.

“Ashley, you are awake” my mother came to me and embraced my weak body with tears seen wetting her cheeks, “I was so worried. I thought I was going to lose both of you. I can’t bare that”

“Mom, I’m fine. Is Dad awake?” I slowly sat up and wiped those tears on my mother’s cheeks gently. She shook her head and looked sad at my father who was still unconscious.

I was still angry at her but she was still my mother. The anger would soon subside and I knew no matter how much I hated my parents, I still also love them very much.

I just wished they could understand me better. I was different and they knew that. But, they had lost hope in me and that was when things got a little crazy between my parents and I.
