                 MITCHELL'S POV 

"Geez what took you so long," I asked her as soon as I saw her coming

She didn't say anything

"You just missed Kel," I said again

"Uhmm let's go home please," she said flagging down a taxi

We hopped in immediately

What's wrong with her?

"Madam Bonna asked me to go work as a chef at the guys' house. The guy I served coffee today" she said and went on explaining in details for me

"Wow that means more money Miranda, we can finally leave this apartment," I said sitting on the bed

"Hmm I can't do this mitch although I already agreed to do it," she said

"Why can't you do it, just go there and cook, serve them, and nothing else, "I said opening my hands apart to emphasize it.

"Hmm fine, do you know the guys home address," she asked

"How am I supposed to know dum dum," I said spanking her head

"Ouch, that hurts. Go take a shower, I will go prepare the meal" she said standing up 

I got up and pulled off my clothes before running into the bathroom

               MIRANDA'S POV

I sighed as I brought out my phone to find out if I have any mission but it was blank

Phew No mission

This means I don't have to drug Mitchelle today

I prepared the spaghetti we would have for dinner and dished it out in two plates

I waited for Mitch to come out after which I also took my bath before we ate. I closed my eyes to sleep thinking about the Mr handsome I met today and how would cope while working with him

Miranda!

The day broke and I was not surprised when I woke up and met Mitchell making coffee

I got out of bed and yawned lightly making her turn

"Miranda you are awake," she said smiling

"What's with the smiled"I asked eyeing her suspiciously

"Nothing Kel called me this morning to find out how was my night," she said giggling

"Is that why you are smiling? Anyway am happy for you" I said entering the bathroom

I wish I could fall in love like her but it's impossible

I poured some soap on my body and started sponging my body

After I was sure of a clean bath, I got out with a towel on my chest and found out Mitch was gone

When did this start

I picked up my phone to dial her when a note near the coffee on the table caught my attention

I walked to the table and picked up the paper

MIRANDA AM SORRY I GOT TO GO. KEL WANTS US TO HAVE BREAKFAST. SEE YA. LOVE YOU

That was what the paper read

So Mitchell is choosing this Kel I don't know of over me

I chuckled at my thoughts

"Mam Bonna the address of the guy, "I asked as soon as I got to her office

I paid the cabman as soon as I got to the front of the estate

Whoa 

This is really far from my house

I dialed Mitchelle's number and she picked up on the second ring

 "Hey girl"she said as I placed the phone on my ear

"Hi. Are you still at Kel's?, mam Bonna will be mad"I asked visibly worried

" I already took permission and Good heavens she accepted. Where are you now?"she asked noticing my worried voice

"Am at the front of the jerk's house who wants me to cook for him"I said and she chuckled

What's funny

"Ok be a good girl"she said

I sighed as I hung up

I pressed the doorbell and a tall guy opened the door

I think he is the doorman

"Uhnn Michael Holdens apartment"I muttered

"By the left miss" he answered

I found my way to the apartment and as soon as I pressed the doorbell, the jerk opened the door for me and in front of me was Mitchelle and...

Wait a minute.

Is this the lover she has been talking about

"Mi......" she wanted to complete it when I winked at her to keep shut

"Mild color," she said instead and I breathed a sigh of relief
