Chapter Five: Taking her home with him

Jonathan's date was nothing but awful. The lady was a spoilt brat, Crystal James. Throughout the date, Jonathan couldn't help but compare her and Cindy. She was beautiful but not as beautiful as his princess. Cindy also had nice curves than her.

"Jonathan, this was amazing. I hope we can do this again," Crystal told him. She was clearly infatuated by him.

"That won't be necessary Miss James, I only came here because my mother wanted me to," he replied as a matter of fact.

"Come on Jonathan, I know this was fun for you too. Why are you denying it?" Crystal James asked while battling her fake eye lashes which Jonathan couldn't find more than disgusting. He liked Cindy's natural looks.

Jonathan stood up and said to her, " I hope I won't see you again Miss James," and he walked out on her.

Crystal James was surprised when Jonathan didn't even look back at her. 'What's wrong with man's eyes?' she couldn't help but ask herself. She was used to men wanting her attention and having Jonathan walk out on her made her interested in him.

Though she had gone to this blind date because her mother wanted her to, she couldn't help but thank her mother secretly. She made a promise to herself that Jonathan was going to be hers soon. With that in mind, she left the hotel to go have some fun.

When Cindy alighted from the taxi at the club's entrance, she found Tyson and Violet already waiting for her.

"Hey Cindy, you're here already, let's go," Violet called out for her.

"Ty, V did I keep you guys waiting for long?" She asked as she walking with them towards the club. "Nope, not at all, we just got here," Tyson replied shrugging his shoulders.

They got inside and went to the bar to order some some drinks. Violet ordered a cocktail while Cindy and Tyson both ordered vodka.

After the bartender had given their drinks, Cindy took her drink and drunk it in one gulp and ordered another shot. Violet and Tyson both shared a look before shrugging off her behavior. They just thought she was having fun. When they realized what was happening, Cindy was already on the fourth shot. 

"Cin, what's wrong? I didn't take you for a heavy drnker." Violet asked with concern laced in her voice. Cindy didn't reply but just pulled her to the dance floor. Violet carried her drink and followed Cindy with Tyson behind them.

They started dancing with Cindy swaying her hips from side to side seductively. Violet was surprised when she saw her dancing so nicely. She knew Cindy was an outgoing girl but she didn't know much.

After leaving the hotel, Jonathan went directly to the club. He wanted to let off some steam after the awful date. He called his best friend for company.

He arrived at the club and went to the VIP section on the first floor where he found his friend already waiting for him. His friend, Martin White, was the CEO of White Corporation, and the only child of Mr James White and Mrs. Rose White.

The family business was passed to him at the age of 23 after he finished his studies. He was a successful man and a childhood friend to Jonathan Black. When Jonathan called him out for drinks, he was surprised since he never ask him for drinks. It was always him pestering Jonathan to go clubbing. 

He figured his friend might be bothered by something for him to ask him out so he just came to the club without questioning him. When he saw his friend walk through the door with a gloomy look on his, his guess was confirmed.

"Hey man, what with the long look? I thought we were here for some fun?" Martin asked his friend. Jonathan just ignored him and sat down while pouring a drink for himself that Martin had ordered.

As Jonathan was taking his drink, there was suddenly people cheering from the ground floor. When Martin looked to find out what was happening, he saw a lady in black dress dancing and people were cheering. She was just like a seductress.

"Man, that girl is so cool. She's definitely my type," he said with his playboy attitude turned on. Though Jonathan was not interested in this type of things since he only had his princess in his eyes but still he decided to check it out. He was first surprised with that black haired woman. She looked so familiar with the hair colour and the curved. He hope he was wrong and the lady was not his princess.

When Cindy made a turn, Jonathan was able to see her. He was so angry that he could almost explode. "No, she's definitely not your type," he told his friend making turning and making his way towards the dance floor on the ground floor.

Martin was surprised at his friend's behavior before making his way behind him. He saw Jonathan make his way towards the lady dancing pushing people out of his way. He then then pulled her towards him and Martin him say through gritted teeth, "you're drunk Cindy, what am I going to do with you," before pulling her towards the exit.

Tyson and Violet were scared shitless when they saw their boss drag Cindy towards the exit that they couldn't come back to their senses until Cindy and Jonathan disappeared behind the door. 

Martin on the other hand was looking at his friend's back like he was looking at an alien. He had never seen Jonathan behave with anybody in such a manner.

Cindy who was being dragged outside the club only came back to her senses after being hit by the fresh air outside the club. She was so angry.

"And what the f**k do you think you're doing dragging me outside here?" She snapped at him after regaining her senses.

"And what the hell do you think you were doing back inside there Cindy?" He fired a question back at her. 'This little woman is going to be the end of me.' he thought.

"Mr. Black, like you said, I am your PA meaning it's only business between us. My personal life and what I get to do with my life has nothing to do with. So stay the f**k in your lanes!" Damn this unreasonable man, she was almost exploding with anger.

When Jonathan realized the little woman's anger, he decided to be the rational one between them, after all what was there between them was still purely business.

"Alright tiger, calm down. Just...let me take you out of here you're so drunk, okay?" He tried reasoning with her.

"I'm not going anywhere with.....," Before she could say 'you' she was already by the side puking her guts out.

Jonathan has never been in such situation in his life, but considering this was his princess, he went beside her and rubbed her back as she puked. He then took her hand after she finished and led her to his car and gave a bottle of water after buckling her seat belt.

Martin, Tyson and Violet who were standing at the exit had their eyes almost bulging out. They saw Jonathan in a different light. 'Who knew he could care so much about a woman.'

Crystal who happened to have come to the same club was well surprised by Jonathan's action. So he had left her at the hotel to come to another woman.

Cindy who didn't have any more energy left in her could only sit quietly as Jonathan drove out of the club's parking lot. She soon fell asleep along the way. Jonathan removed his coat and covered her with it. He decided to take her to his apartment since she was going to wake up with a terrible hangover the following day.

After arriving at his apartment he carried her inside since she was still asleep. He took her to his room and removed her dress, wiped her body with a warm wet towel before changing her into one of his t-shirts.

He then put her under the covers and went to take a cold shower due to the torturous moments he spent while changing her.

After his shower, he climbed up beside her and picked the little woman into his embrace, missed her forehead and drifted off to sleep.

Cindy who was sleeping like a log didn't get affected by his actions but rather snuggled up finding a comfortable position in his embrace and continued sleeping.
