Ryan couldn't believe that Natasha knew he had gastritis. He had always thought that he hid it well, never showing any signs.

"I'm leaving now." Natasha had already settled into her car, waving at Ryan to catch his attention, when she noticed his somewhat bewildered expression.

After that, her car disappeared from Ryan's sight. He looked down at the small vial in his hand, slowly tightening his grip.

After parting ways with Ryan, Natasha intended to head home straight. However, she received another phone call.

She took out her phone and saw that it was from Lorelei. Her heart jumped, and she silently prayed that Lorelei wasn't calling to persuade her against the divorce.

Natasha felt that if Natalie hadn't caused a scene at Grayson Villa previously, or if she hadn't brought the matter to Lorelei's attention, Lorelei wouldn't be contacting her so frequently.

So, she couldn't help but think that Natalie was somehow involved.

Natasha heaved out a sigh and then answered the call.
