Chapter 415

Kneeling in the car, Natalie endured the bumpy ride to an abandoned factory with tin sheets patched over its rusting roof. Beyond it was a filthy, smelly creek that looked as if it held all of Oceanville's trash.

Even with the hood up, Natalie still smelled the strong stench even before she got out of the car. It was so unpleasant that she made a face of disgust.

Suddenly, dark thoughts entered her mind. She wondered if these people intended to kill and bury her.

Shaking uncontrollably, she stuttered uselessly into the gag, "Please, don't…"

Justin gave her an impatient look and kicked her. "Why are you trembling? Where was all that courage when you were cursing earlier?"

Natalie was kicked out of the car. She fell to the ground, and her face scraped against the rough stones. She couldn't tell if it was real, but she felt blood on her face.

Fearing the stones would mar her face, she ignored the pain and scrambled to her feet.
