"How could something like that happen? Are you just finding excuses to absolve yourself?" Natalie added.

She had been standing in the corner listening to Natasha and Joshua's conversation.

When she saw Joshua's obvious hesitation, she couldn't hold back any longer. She hadn't expected Natasha to change Joshua's mind so easily with just a few words.

That wasn't a good sign.

"Of course you haven't heard of it." Natasha raised an eyebrow.

She had spotted Natalie standing in the corner, but she didn't bother with her. She was curious to see how long Natalie could hold out.

"How would someone like you, who knows nothing about medicine, have any idea?" Natasha asked. In fact, it would be rather suspicious if Natalie did know about it.

Natalie glanced up at Natasha.

Natasha's expression was calm, showing no hint of anger or agitation from being unjustly accused nor did it betray any signs of nervousness or fear. Her countenance exuded nothing but boundless calmness.
