Chapter 292

Marcus stroked his white beard, looking inscrutable as he pretended to grumble, "Harriet, why didn't you remind me?"

He turned his attention to Lorelei. "Madam Lorelei, what brings you here today?"

Lorelei didn't even bother to look at him. She kept staring at Natasha as if she wanted to hear Natasha's answer.

Marcus didn't get angry when he saw Lorelei ignore him. He just watched Lorelei and Natasha with a great deal of interest.

After a moment of silence, he finally spoke up, "What's going on? Have you two been arguing?"

Natasha saw a hint of glee in Marcus' eyes.

"You don't have to wait for Natasha's answer. She's still trying to come up with an excuse. Isn't that why she's been quiet for so long?" Joshua's cold voice cut in.

He wore a suit and had one hand in his pocket. He stared at Natasha indifferently. Sarcasm dripped from what Joshua said, but Natasha remained silent.
