CHAPTER 8 Lily Killed

After reading the letter, Rose opened her laptop and messaged somebody through the website.

‘Good job, you are all loan will pay off after you complete your last work.’

Receiving a message from a mysterious person who is going to pay off his all-debit John Wen, assistant of Mr. Alan Lee releases a deep sigh, he has already taken a gargantuan risk by stealing Mr. Lee’s shares certificate but he was also in the tough plot to take this decision.

John Wen is Mr. Lee’s assistant for the past ten years, but before that, he was just security in charge before an encounter with Mr. Alan Lee and his few friends. His salary wasn’t that good in the past moreover he was addicted to gambling he lost so much money because of that.

Gambling is a kind of hypnotic quagmire which couldn’t let the people turn back who once jump in it and they have to go inside and inside this quagmire and finally lose their everything sometimes including their life.

The same happens with John Wen when he was security in charge though his income was not so good it wasn’t bad either for a person like him but he was a passionate man who always wanted to become rich but afraid of taking the risk so that to earn more and faster he started gambling sometimes he wins sometimes he loses and after loosing he plays more in hope of gets win once, like this he lost so much and slowly he was in big debt of the people who offer money, ‘Loan Shark’ to gamblers but their way of collecting debt is terrified.

John was also in that terrified state when Alan Lee and his friends offer him help with money in exchange he had to betray his master, he did that happily and after that; he has joined Alan Lee as a special assistant because they share some secret, though his condition is much better than before still, he hasn’t left his habit of gambling.

Once again he was in gargantuan debt and again someone offers help but this time by a mysterious person, he wanted to buy some time to decide but his debt collector made his life terrified and he had to take this decision he again betrayed his master this time it was Alan Lee.

He receives the order to stole shares certificate of Lowell Brothers and for John, who is Alan Lee’s assistant, this task is like a walk in the park; he did it and then receives the order that he has to keep it with him until he will get next order what he has to do with this and then his debt will be paid by a mysterious person.

Rose knew this time this fire will burn Alan and Lily’s relation completely making them separate surely because they both have trust issues, they both don’t trust each other and blamed each other for the current circumstances and betrayed them, and the important fact is Rose’s experienced analysis don’t need to wait for Miss Sandra’s news this time.

Two days later Rose was again reading the letter sent by Miss Sandra with the content, ‘Mr. and Mrs. Lee had a huge fight and Mr. Lee chased out Mrs. Lee of the Lee mansion, he asked her not to come back until she give the share certificate back.

Their 6 years old son Hendrick was crying a lot for his mother and told me all this.

What negligent parents they are they can’t even hide their fight and dispute from their tender children and why to become so mad only for few shares certificate.’

Rose’s lips curled into a mocking smirk, and she shook her head.

‘Who only cares about money they could not think about other things, even their relatives and close ones either they are husband and wife or parents and their children they only value money and why they do. Then the answer again is the greed for money.

Alan’s business was never at a loss, but his business was not as big as the Lowell brothers.

Lowell’s brother’s company is one of the topmost industrial companies in the past ten years, all over the state before that it was always the Walton group.

Now Alan wanted to hold a big part of it that’s why he was secretly purchasing Lowell brother’s shares to get hold of some part of it and can enter as a member of the board of directors which will be hugely profitable, he successfully manages 10% and now he lost shares certificate which is the big blow in his lifetime dream. How could he be calm?’

Obviously, it’s useless for others but a very important treasure for Alan, whoever has stolen those they don’t want to get any benefit for themselves otherwise with so much money and jewelry why any thief would steal shares certificate, so the point is clear, the preparator just don’t want to see Alan successful he/ she is his enemy only, not any random thief.’

Rose switched on her laptop after searching some important sites and breaking through few codes she messaged John.

‘Call Alan Lee and ask that you know who is behind his shares certificate and obviously he will be excited then answer him that thief is his old friend inspector Vincent who planned everything with his wife.

I don’t need to tell you that call should be a mysterious one and don’t leave any loophole to get caught, otherwise, nobody can help you.

If you are successfully completing this call, I will clear your all loan.’

After done with the message, Rose dialed a number and said only five words, “It’s time for your action.”

This is the first time that the smart Rose is contacting someone about her motives through call otherwise she only used to message the person that too through the various websites and different numbers that too with shifting the location of IP so that nobody could track her even accidentally.

After done with the call, Rose stood up and once again moved to the café which is already closed down for the customers from the inner stairs which connected all three floors from inside.

Rose entered the kitchen after opening the wall-sized cabinet and taking out big cookie jars she entered the walk-in vault and directly moved towards the last wall after sliding the wall she circled two more pics on the Pinboard named written under the pics are John Wen and Inspector Vincent.

“I guess you guys enjoyed enough, now start counting your days, it’s your turn now.”

Rose said with disdain then she moved towards the photo of Lily which she round-up before and crossed it with a red marker with full hatred in her deep brown eyes like if she will get the chance she will kill her here itself.

“Now you are completely useless for me because your role is over in my game, but don’t worry one by one they all will be in the same state as yours.”

The amount of hatred and hostility Rose held for Lily was unfathomable if it wasn’t she is a sensible and measured woman she definitely would have done something wrong because it’s really difficult for her to control her hatred towards the few people.

Rose was waiting over there for some time she knew that the call from John to Alan definitely would already have been created commotion and she is sure it would have ended up so as she wanted.

Now she was waiting for the result of the next step of her plan, which she has taken by calling somebody after messaging John. Her wait was over soon, she received the call she was expecting; she closed the vault and moved towards the stairs after closing the kitchen and back door of the café.

“Yes Evan,” Rose said calmly while climbing stairs.

“Young miss Rose your work is done, I have stolen Inspector Vincent’s mobile and a share certificate from assistant John.” Evan York reported sincerely.

“Thank Evan you did a big help,” Rose said in a grateful tone.

Probably this person Evan York is very trustworthy for her whom she called with her original name and number and very sure that he will never ever reveal her identity to anybody.

“Don’t mention young miss I can’t ever forget the help sir Joe Watson did to me and my parents even if they are alive today just because of Sir Walton so I can do anything for you and Walton’s family.”

Rose’s eyes become wet after listening to him, ‘Doesn’t matter who did what to you dad, there are still few people are alive in this world who didn’t forget your greatness towards them, but another side those ungrateful people are still alive who forgot your greatness towards them, but don’t worry I will make them remind what they have forgotten before they die.’

Rose was drowned with her emotions when she was pulled back by Evan’s voice, which was calling her name from the other end of the call.

“Young miss Rose, young miss are you listening?” Evan almost shouts.

“Yes, Evan, were you saying something? I am listening.” Rose after controlling her emotions once again back to her emotionless face, but she spoke to Evan in a soft tone.

Perhaps Evan could be counted in those exceptional people other than Lord Jesus and her parents grave who got the chance to hear warm words from Rose otherwise she is cold to even Laura, though Laura knew how much she is tender to her from the bottom of the heart and habitual of her cold and indifferent behavior on the surface.

“Sister Rose I am asking is there anything you want how should I deal with these stolen pieces of stuff,” Evan repeats his question which he asked before when Rose was talking to her father in her memories.

“Keep that mobile in a garbage can outside inspector Vincent’s police station in a silent mode and those share certificates outside Lee’s mansion in the almost burned state but still could be recognizable, don’t forget to hide properly and disappear in the blind spot.”

Rose replied coldly.

“After that check your mailbox I have sent your ticket to Manhattan and all papers of your admission to Manhattan university and in the future don’t trouble yourself with the expense you can mail me whenever you want anything.”

Evan was Walton Villa’s gardener’s son who was very smart and always wanted to study high but his parents were not rich enough to sponsor his high education expenses, the night Mr. Joe Walton has killed Evan’s father gardener York with his wife and son was resting in the servant quarter they hurriedly walked out of the servant quarter after listening to the heavy sound of commotion.

Old gardener York heard many sounds and saw many people holding Mr. Walton and they all are laughing and bullying Mr. Walton physically he couldn’t able to see their faces but when he wanted to go inside the villa to help him, Mr. Walton who already saw them and guess what he wanted to do, he secretly beckons him to go from here and save his family.

Gardener York got that he is weak with a woman and kid, if he meddles they all will be killed but couldn’t help him like this he secretly ran from there.

After many months he confesses his guilt in front of Rose and felt ashamed for his cowardliness but Rose didn’t blame him and console him by saying she can understand his situation if he would be there his whole family also could be killed brutally like her father and Laura’s parents.

So, she said you did nothing wrong, but it was a smart decision since then Rose always used to help Evan financially for his studies including Evan whole York family couldn’t able to forget the beneficence of the Walton family they are ready to sacrifice their life rather than deceiving Rose or Walton's family.

“Thanks a lot, young miss Rose,” Evan said being obligate.

“You deserve that.” Rose doesn’t want to let her emotions flow once again, just answer in few words and hung up the call.

Rose lay down on the bed and was so sure about the result of the mess, which was smartly created by her.

As Alan receives the call from a mysterious person who is confidently informing the whereabouts of the stolen share certificate, he loses his temper he immediately called Lily but she didn’t receive his call, after calling a few more times he heard the mobile ringing sound from behind him, he turned around and found a maid is walking to him with Lily’s mobile.

“Mr. Lee, Mrs. Lily forget her mobile in young master’s room.”

After handling the mobile to Alan, the maid walked out from there respectfully.

Alan doesn’t know either Lily forgot this mobile there or deliberately left it so he couldn’t able to contact her, but he assumes she has flown away with his shares certificate and inspector Vincent is also involved with her.

He then called inspector Vincent several times, but he didn’t receive his single call, Alan couldn’t wait anymore walked out took his car, and drove towards the police station but he wasn’t there his subordinates said that he went out somewhere in emergency and didn’t come back yet.

He then checked his house, being his old-time friend, he knows where he lives, but he found his home was locked and the security guard of the building informed him he didn’t arrive back home yet.

Alan once again went to the police station but inspector Vincent wasn’t there, he was clueless, angered, dejected from the situation, his life long’s hard work has stolen and after knowing who has done this he was clueless how to reach the person.

Alan was outside the police station, after thinking for a while he once again dialed inspector Vincent’s number. It was still ringing, but nobody is answering. Standing in a daze Alan saw something is sparkling in the garbage can whenever he is calling inspector Vincent.

Alan looks in the garbage can and discovered inspector Vincent’s mobile in the garbage, Alan’s temper rose even more.

‘Lily and Vincent, you two bloody deceivers ran away leaving their mobile behind so it will be impossible to trace them.’

Alan was confirmed and hostile towards his spouse and old buddy so much that he wished to kill them when he suddenly saw a familiar figure approaching him.

Next morning

Rose, as usual, woke up on her time, got ready, and came out of her room to go to the market when Laura suddenly called her from behind.

“Rose, wait.”

“Yes, sweetheart,” Rose turned and answered her with a big smile. She was in a very good mood today.

“Rose, I just saw in the news that last night at Elite square Lily Clarke has been killed brutally.”
