Luxiana Sommeris

“What on earth happened to you? You couldn’t even get up to open the door! It wasn’t locked, for crying out loud! Are you out of your mind?!” Margaret’s voice was sharp as she scolded me. She stood at the foot of my bed, arms crossed, her frustration plain to see.

I stayed silent, staring up at the ceiling. I hadn’t realized the door wasn’t locked. It was pure luck that nothing bad had happened to me.

“And now you’re just going to lie there, smiling and sighing like we’re not even here?” Margaret’s voice rose again, pulling me out of my thoughts.

“I-I wasn’t feeling well,” I stammered, finally forcing myself to speak. “I didn’t know what to do… or what I even did.”

It was a lie, and I knew it sounded weak. I just prayed they wouldn’t press me further. I honestly didn’t have any answers.

“Maybe she had a nightmare,” Anton said quietly, his voice more measured than Margaret’s. “It’s been happening a lot lately. People dying in their sleep, screaming before their hearts

Luxiana Sommeris"Okay, so what happened in the faction?" I asked curiously as we settled on my bed. Sitting cross-legged, we faced each other, the air between us thick with unspoken tension.Damien ran a hand through his hair, his expression serious. “Well, most of the succubi and incubi are being punished.”“They’re not meeting their quotas, and it’s becoming a big issue. Apparently, some of their victims are dying, while others are too scared to do anything. Fear has paralyzed them.” he added.I nodded slowly, processing his words. “I see. Did Lilith say anything about this?” My curiosity piqued, but his response was a simple shake of his head.“No,” Damien said, his voice grim. “Even Lilith is missing. Her underlings are dishing out punishment to those demons who haven’t fulfilled their quotas.”I let out a deep sigh, my shoulders sagging under the weight of it all. “There’s a problem in the waking world too.”“A lot of people are dying in their sleep, and there’s no medical expla

  • Whispers Of My Incubus Guardian   Chapter One - Midnight

Luxiana SommerisThe library was quiet, save for the occasional rustle of pages turning. I sat at my desk in the dimly lit corner of the grand old library, the soft golden light of my lamp casting shadows that flickered across the shelves. Towers of books surrounded me—ancient texts, forgotten manuscripts, and half-finished catalog cards. The faint smell of parchment and ink filled the air, grounding me as I reached for another fragile volume, its spine cracked from time and wear.I have always loved this place. The silence, the order, the sense that here, nothing could touch me. It was a haven, a place to hide from the chaos of the outside world. A place where my mind could wander freely between the pages of stories that weren’t my own. But lately, even the comforting isolation of the library couldn't keep away the strange, unsettling dreams.I have always had sleep paralysis, but I lost it after I immersed myself through working. I was always paranoid that I would see something o

Luxiana Sommeris“Don’t you dare touch me, or I’m calling the cops!” I shouted, my voice trembling even though I tried to mask my fear with anger. My back was pressed against the desk, the hard surface digging into my skin as I braced myself.I was trying to look tough, but inside, I was terrified. Something was unsettling about him, making the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end.“I doubt you can call the cops here.” His voice was so steady, so casual, that it sent a chill down my spine. His face remained expressionless, cold until he gently tilted my chin upward with a soft and possessive touch. The moment his hand touched me, it was like my body froze. I couldn’t move. My lips, which had been quivering in fear, now wouldn’t respond. What had he done to me? Why couldn’t I speak? Panic surged through me, but it was trapped inside, unable to find its way out.“You’re perfect,” he murmured, his deep blue eyes gleaming with something I couldn’t quite place. “Everything about your

Luxiana Sommeris“It won’t work. Humans will always sleep—you’ll eventually pass out.” The voice was familiar, jolting me out of bed with a start. My heart raced, and my eyes darted to the door. Damien stood there with his expression dark and serious.Panic immediately set in. I was certain I had done everything to stay awake. I’d downed coffee like it was my lifeline—how could I have fallen asleep? The confusion swirled in my mind. How did he know I was fighting so hard to keep my eyes open?I followed his gaze and froze. He was staring at the two empty mugs on my bedside table. My pulse quickened. Crap! I must’ve passed out a while ago!“Y-you... stay back!” I screamed, my voice trembling. He didn’t respond, didn’t flinch. Without breaking eye contact, he moved closer. Each step felt like a magnet pulling me in, though every instinct in my body screamed to run. Before I could react, Damien’s strong arms encircled my waist. My muscles locked up as if his touch had paralyzed my entir

Luxiana SommerisDamien was silent for a moment before a dark chuckle escaped his lips. “You can make me disappear once I’ve satisfied your desires,” he said, his voice low and filled with promise.I shook my head, clenching my fists tightly as frustration rose. There were too many things about him that didn’t make sense—his existence, his presence in my life—but something he mentioned earlier lingered in my mind, something I couldn’t shake.“My necklace…” I began, my voice faltering as I searched for the right words. “You said something before. You thought my bloodline was lost—what did you mean by that?”Damien’s eyes darkened, his gaze sharp and intense as he interrupted me. “I can only tell you if you feed me,” he said, his tone smooth but carrying an unmistakable edge. His stormy blue eyes seemed to gleam with a dangerous hunger.“I—I have food in the kitchen,” I stammered nervously, regretting my question almost instantly. “You can get something there.” My instincts screamed at

Luxiana SommerisAs we sat down with our coffee orders in hand, Anton leaned forward, a curious smile on his lips. “So, how long have you been in the city, Luxiana?” he asked, his voice casual yet warm. Then, almost as an afterthought, he added, “Oh, and how old are you? I just realized I might not be giving you the respect you deserve, depending on that.”I couldn’t help but chuckle softly at his sudden concern. “There’s no need to be so formal, really,” I assured him, offering a light smile. “I just turned 26 this year.”His eyes widened in surprise, a playful spark flickering in them. “Wait, so you’re like my older sister!”I clutched my chest dramatically, pretending to be wounded by his words. “I’m not sure whether to take that as a compliment or not, but if that’s how you feel comfortable, then sure,”We both burst out laughing, the atmosphere light and easy between us. After a moment, I took a sip of my cold caramel macchiato and glanced over at him. “What about you? You look

Luxiana Sommeris“That’s completely different, but you know what? Forget it.” I sighed deeply, standing from my bed to look for some hair tie. When I found one, I tied my hair into a messy bun, then turned to look at him.He wasn’t wearing a shirt, just a pair of ripped, baggy jeans that hung loosely on his hips. How could someone pull off a look like that so effortlessly? But the thing is, I needed to get to know him. The sooner he could fulfill whatever strange, unexplainable desire I had, the sooner he’d be out of my dreams for good. The problem? I had no idea what I truly wanted. This is why, getting to know him was probably the best way to kill time while I tried to figure it out—or maybe even give in to whatever my subconscious was craving.I sank back onto my bed, trying to shake off the strange tension in the room. “Okay, so what’s your full name?” I asked, breaking the silence. He was sitting on the edge of the bed, and for some reason, the whole atmosphere felt extremely di

Luxiana Sommeris“Good morning, Xiana,” Margaret greeted me warmly as I entered the library. “Looks like you had a rough night, huh? Those dark circles are doing all the talking. Is everything alright?”I groaned, dropping my bag beside my locker. “A demon kept me up all night. Honestly, I barely slept. I’m unsure if what I got qualifies as sleep at all.”“Huh? Demon?” Margaret’s eyes narrowed playfully as she leaned in. I cursed myself inwardly—mentioning something like that wasn’t exactly wise. “Are you talking about a man, Xiana?”I rolled my eyes. “No, Miss Margaret, not a man. As much as they can be like that, this wasn’t one of those situations. I was reading the manuscript Anton sent over last night. It’s about an angel and a demon,” I replied. Technically, that wasn’t entirely a lie.“Oh! So that’s it!” She grinned, her fingers finding my waist to poke me teasingly. “You and Anton, huh? Getting close now?”Margaret’s teasing was relentless. I giggled, trying to swat her hand a

Luxiana Sommeris“Are you comfortable now?” Damien asked, his voice gentle but tinged with a patience that seemed hard-won. His gaze rested on me, his expression soft yet cautious, as if he were holding himself back for my sake.I nodded slightly, though the truth was more complicated than a simple yes or no. I hadn’t expected this—him—to feel so overwhelming. How can someone be this huge? My body felt stretched, filled in a way that was almost too much to bear, yet somehow it also brought a strange, intoxicating sense of pleasure that left me breathless. Is everyone like this? Is this the reason why some people are obsessed with having sex with someone?“Yes, I’m okay now,” I whispered, my voice barely audible, and the moment the words left my lips, he shifted. Slowly, he lifted my legs, guiding them over his shoulders with a tenderness that sent a shiver through me. Then, with a steady rhythm, he began to move, each thrust deeper than the last, sending waves of sensation coursi

Luxiana Sommeris“I’m not sure if I should tell you this,” Damien began, his tone unusually solemn. “But we’ll face a lot of trouble in the coming days. Maybe weeks. Hopefully months.” His words hung heavily in the air before he added quietly, “I don’t even know how long we’ll have together.”His confession made my heart ache, the kind of ache that made me want to cover my ears and refuse to hear more. Yet, despite the sinking feeling in my chest, I asked, “W-What is it? What do you mean?” My voice wavered, betraying my unease.Even if it hurt, I couldn’t ignore this. If he didn’t tell me tonight, I’d overthink it endlessly until it drove me mad. Damien shifted his gaze around the room as if searching for something before letting out a low grunt. “I wanted to tell you somewhere better,” he admitted, “but here will have to do.”I couldn’t help but notice how hesitant he was, and for a moment, his uncertainty made him look so endearing it nearly made me smile despite the situation. Luxiana SommerisThe warmth of the sunlight creeping through my blankets woke me, its rays forcing my heavy eyelids open. I blinked against the brightness, feeling the soft heat wrap around me like a reluctant embrace.“Good, you’re awake,” a familiar voice said. Turning my head, I spotted Damien standing nearby. His arms and legs were wrapped in fresh bandages, the stark white strips a striking contrast against his pale skin.I blinked several times, struggling to process where I was. For a moment, I thought I was still dreaming. The last thing I remembered was closing my eyes in Morpheus’ realm, though I had no idea how many days—or weeks—had passed since then.“W-Why am I still here in this realm?” I stammered, my voice dry and barely above a whisper. I tried to sit up, but my body refused to cooperate. Every limb felt impossibly heavy, weighed down by exhaustion and lingering pain.“You shouldn’t try to move yet,” Damien said softly. “I did everything I could to heal you, but…

  • Whispers Of My Incubus Guardian   Chapter Fifty - Saved

Luxiana SommerisI’d been locked here for days, but now I understood why Morpheus had wiped out our entire bloodline. He knew exactly how powerful Oneiromancers could be.I didn’t need Damien to explain it, and I didn’t need my grandmother’s journal to spell it out for me. Morpheus had made it obvious. He was afraid—terrified of what I could do. Why else would he keep me locked up and guard me himself? That fear was something I could use, but first, I had to figure out how.I leaned back against the cold, rough bars forcing myself to take slow breaths. My hands stung, raw, and bleeding from where I’d clawed at the bars earlier. I’d been so close to losing it, but somehow, I managed to stop myself from destroying the cage. Not that I could’ve, anyway.A few hours ago, I’d tried to use my powers, but they barely flickered to life. Weak. Pathetic. I didn’t have enough strength, and this place—the heavy air, the oppressive energy—was suffocating me. But I couldn’t give up. I had to get

Damien“She’s been gone for two nights. Two fucking nights!” I yelled, my voice ringing through Lilith’s throne room. The white flames on the torches lining the walls flared with my anger, casting jagged shadows across the black stone.“And you think that’s my problem?” Lilith replied lazily, not even bothering to look up from where she was filing her nails.“I’m trying to have a serious conversation here, Lilith,” I said, forcing myself to stay calm. “No human can go two days without sleep. Something’s wrong—something must’ve happened to her.”She finally paused, tilting her head like she was considering my words. “Relax. Maybe she got into some kind of accident or…” Lilith trailed off, a faint smirk tugging at her lips. “Oh, right. If she so much as closed her eyes, you’d see her, wouldn’t you?”“That’s what makes it so strange!” I snapped, raking a hand through my hair. “Her dreamscape is normal—no interruptions, no signs of distress. But if she hasn’t slept in two days…” I traile

Luxiana SommerisI could feel his heat through the thin fabric, his teasing presence so close that it left me trembling again. The barrier of my underwear felt like the only thing tethering me to reality, keeping me from giving in completely to the ache building between us.He groaned softly, his grip on my hips tightening as his body stilled against mine. Moments later, I felt his release soaking through the fabric, warm and intimate in a way that made my heart race. He rested his forehead against mine, his breathing heavy but steady, a small smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.“Damn, Xiana,” he said, his voice husky and low. “You’re driving me crazy. I can’t stop thinking about you.”His words lingered in the air, wrapping around me like an unspoken promise, a secret I hadn’t realized I wanted to hear. Did he mean every word he said to me, or was it just something to pull me closer? We lay side by side, skin against skin, the silence stretching between us. Naked and unguarded

Luxiana Sommeris“Do you have feelings for me, Xiana?” Damien’s voice broke the silence, low and deliberate, making it impossible to avoid his gaze any longer.I tried to steady my breathing, keeping my eyes on the ground. “Why would you think that?” I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.I can’t let him know, not now. I am sure this is not the best time to tell him how I feel, I don’t want to lose him.He shrugged a casual gesture that didn’t match the intensity in his eyes. Before I could look away, he gently tilted my chin up so I couldn’t escape him.“Just curious,” he said softly, his thumb brushing against my jaw. “Do you have someone you’re interested in?”The question caught me off guard. I blinked at him, trying to process what he was asking. “Maybe,” I replied, forcing myself to keep my tone light, even playful. His hand fell away as he leaned back slightly, nodding as if my answer meant something he wasn’t ready to share.“More handsome than me?” he asked, a teasing smil
