Done Hiding
Jade's phone rang earlier than her alarm the next morning, the loud volume of the ringtone pushing her violently away from the throes of passionate dream she had been having.
She ignored it at first, enjoying her sleep a little too much to disturbed. With a sigh, she picked the pillow and placed it over her head, drowning the noise and returning to her beauty sleep when the ringtone stopped blaring into her ears.
The second time it rang was two minutes laters, and she twisted and turned beneath the sheets, waking Ricky whose arms were around hers in the process.
"I think you should get that." He muttered in a sluggishly hoarse voice, tapping her gently.
