"They are back at their house." Mom said to my dad, who was sipping his tea while reading the early newspaper.

We were currently having breakfast together. Although I miss the feeling but this is not the typical breakfast I wanted to have. Dad has been ignoring me ever since I came back.

"Who?" He said with obvious uninterest after he flipped his newspaper.

"Anica, she arrived last yesterday with her...fiancee ai assumed." Dad cleared his throat, put his newspaper down and as well as his reading glass slightly down and looked at me. "Well, I was wondering how the Mendez felt after removing such a thorn from her life. My father already disown me and I feel like disowning my son too "
