When Siberia arrived at home it was around five pm. She threw her bag on the lounge chair, making her way into her room.
'So grimy', Siberia mumbled to herself as she ventured into her restroom, stripping away her fabrics that still felt clammy. She turned the cold water on, feeling the chills on her hands prior to stepping in the shower; scrubbing every part of her body as hard as possible to dispose of the smell as well as her hair.
It required her 40 minutes all things considered to get out, feeling invigorated. Siberia then headed towards her work area, while looking at her phone. 'Goodness' she said as she saw a message from Mr. Han. 'Should be the hospital address' Siberia said as she tapped on the message. She abruptly wheezed, clasping her right hand over her mouth as she saw the image of Mr. Han's nephew. 'Bak Ganghan Yeong' she murmured to herself as she tapped on the picture.
'He looks so different' Siberia thought as she observed his picture. His highlights standing out more; those plum lips, those huge doe eyes and this time she saw a bigger picture of his beautiful golden skin that showed up so ravishing with his light-brown, premed hair.
'Daebak', Siberia said as she focused closer this time to the shade of his eye. Aqua green with long lashes.
'How can somebody be this attractive', Siberia stood up, pushing her seat back as she advanced towards her bed, her eyes never leaving his photograph. He looked even more dashing in his dark shorts with an unfastened white shirt exposing his toned six pack.
Siberia was so captivated by his photograph that she didn't focus on the caller ID showing up above. She snapped back on the subsequent ring. 'Yes Mr. Han?'.
"Did you forget how to answer?"
"Gracious, sorry boss", she cussed to herself, slapping her hand against her forehead.
"Whatever, kindly make sure to attend to all his needs and if possible please do accompany him, I'll pay you extra"
"Yes sure" Siberia spoke as a wide smile appeared on her face.
"Okay good, keep me updated about his situation timely"
"Got it boss"
As he hung up, she tossed her phone away, grabbing her pillow and squeezing it against her chest. She could feel her heart thumping so loud that it may burst any moment.
Her excitement soon died down as a sudden realization hit her. 'Why am I being so delighted, I barely know him', she said, scratching her head and laying down. She was however interrupted as she heard her cell phone buzzing beside her.
"Siberia here"
"Siberia honey, how are you"
Siberia frowned as she moved the phone from her ear to check the contact name. ''Mom''
"Eomma", she spoke, astounded.
"Ah I see you're doing good, given how loud you're speaking" her mom half chuckled.
"Ah eomma, I missed you so much" Siberia whined like a kid as she made herself comfortable on the bed.
"Oh then why didn't you call?"
"You already know, my damn boss"
"Very bad Siberia, you shouldn't be saying that". The sound of utensils could be heard over the phone.
"Are you cooking something?"
"Yea, some of your dad's friends are coming over"
"Appa is with you?" Siberia sat upright, her eyes wide in shock.
"Just some catching up" Her mom sounded serious this time.
"Are you…..okay" The worry was clear in Siberia's voice.
Siberia's parent's never had a great chemical bonding ever since the start. As a baby, Siberia witnessed her parents always engaged in heated arguments and consequently either one of them would leave the house and never return until a week. It was however, her father who started the mess. He was an alcoholic, would bring random girls for dinner, claiming them as his office colleagues though it was explicitly evident that they weren't given how they dressed in informal attires, with so much skin revealing. Her father would always over burden her mother and blame her for whatever wrong happened, even trivial matters. Hence Siberia grew up despising her dad. Things before long took a terrible turn after her dad left them. Her mom would constantly chide at her and sometimes stay out the whole day as though she had no little girl. Siberia subsequently battled during her experience growing up and had the most exceedingly terrible adolescent hood. She never got to mingle, let alone make friends, studying became hard as she had to take up part-time jobs to cover her expenses as her mother was already battling with paying the bills. By 20 Siberia left her mother in England on her own and came to Busan where she got herself employed at a finance department. She however struggled the first few years as she dropped out of university early and didn't have enough qualifications.
Siberia couldn't afford to take classes either which is why she changed jobs and shortly before her 23rd birthday she moved to Seoul and soon found herself in a line of work at Mr. Hans as a head in the marketing department.
"Eomma, you don't have to do this" Siberia said, feeling the strife build up inside her.
"Honey, I need to make it up to you", her mother sounded desperate as she spoke.
"There is nothing to make up, I'm doing fine now" Siberia felt a bit exasperated this time as she spoke through gritted teeth.
"Siberia, if only I could be there with you and show you how guilty I am, you would understand why I'm doing this and I'm doing this for..... 'us'"
"Eomma, I appreciate the efforts, but just so you know, I'm doing really good, I have a good job, good income, I'm living well, eating and wearing well and thing are going really well, like actually well…the 'wow', 'you rock girl', well. You can do whatever, but I just want you to know that don't do anything reckless that would cause you harm" Siberia was about to hang up, but stopped midway as she heard the word 'resent'
"What was that" She brought the phone back to her ear.
"I said you still resent your father" her mother sounded guilty as spoke each word.
"Eomma, I have every right to resent him".
She didn't want to hear more and swiftly disconnected, feeling conflicted and tormented as the past blazed through her mind.
Siberia was pulled out from her slumber by the sun penetrating through her window; the draperies were apart as from last night. The faint, but sweet melody of the birds could be heard. Siberia moaned, taking a stretch while lying; prior to getting up. It was 8 in the morning which meant that she had enough time to get ready. Siberia at first was about to wear her casual work attire, but then she remembered that she had to go to the hospital and not her office. She smiled as she began rummaging through her closet, searching for something that would suit the atmosphere, the purpose she was going for precisely.Prior to heading in for a shower she chose to call Mikhail as he clearly had barely any familiarity with her new errand. Mikhail replied on the subsequent ring. "Yo young lady, wassup""Hello Mikhail, I just… .." she was cut off by Mikhail who appeared to be excessively excited."I'm at the bus stop, I'll give you 10 minutes to get here""What?" Siberia was taken aback by his sudd
"Oh," Yeong exclaimed as he walked in, pointing at her."Hey," Siberia said, smiling."Woah! "How did you know I was here?" Yeong appeared perplexed yet ecstatic as he spoke."Your father..." She rose from the bed to make room for him to sit. When Yeong heard the word "Father," it was enough for him to understand. "Ah, right. He did say that a caretaker would arrive soon, but I didn't anticipate it to be you."Well, surprise!" "We meet again," Siberia said, forming a V with her fingers."It most certainly is". He smiled as he sat down.Siberia took a seat on the couch, set her bag down next to her, and took a bottle of water out. The fact that neither of them spoke made the atmosphere awkward. Siberia didn't really mind as she was used to not talking, but Yeong didn't like it. He wanted to strike up a conversation, but wasn't sure where to begin with. "So uh….." Before catching her eyes, he scratched his head and cast a sidelong glance. Are you...going to stay here all night?Mr. Han
Siberia stepped back rapidly, her face flushed red and eyes wide open. A slight gasp escaped away from her mouth. "I'm s.s… sorry" She faltered as she spoke, rapidly turning away in shame.Yeong was excessively stunned to say anything himself. Not that he disapproved of the embrace, however, more like he was astounded when she embraced him. It was an unexpected yet inadvertent move that stunned the two of them.He took a gander at her subsequent to looking down and randomly examining the room. "It's alright, I mean" He scratched his head, trying to figure the right word to clear the tension. "We're friends; I mean some way or another. Yea, that's right, a friendly hug and because you got way too excited", he looked towards her, expecting her to be at ease. "A friendly hug", he said again as he nodded.Siberia took a gander at him before looking away again as she still felt the heat on her cheeks. "Hahaha, yea that's fair enough". She said nothing after and neither did Yeong. An awkwar
Siberia stared blankly at him, her eyes puffy and red, as well as her nose, with her mouth slightly open. She didn't say a word as she was too perplexed to speak, just continued to stare at him bemusedly. Yeong, who couldn't stand to wait any longer, seized the chance to continue.Ever since he saw her at the scene of the accident, he had wanted to say this to her. He looked desperate as he explained, "We met in Busan, in that bus where a boy harassed you and I helped you. We reconnected the following day in front of Mr. Kilter's library, and as a thank-you, you treated me to lunch." Yeong regarded her in anticipation, hoping that she would be able to recollect those memory fragments. Siberia, however, kept staring. The elevator door opened and they both made their way back to their room.Siberia pulled at his shirt from the back just as Yeong moved to step inside. She said, "I know," as Yeong turned around. She uttered, "I know," once more, this time with a tiny smile. "I vaguely re
Siberia gazed at her bewildered. At the point when Siberia initially saw Dana she thought Dana was somebody who worked in one of those general stores. It isn't so much that she was peering down on her, inferior precisely, yet that was the means by which Dana was dressed; a worn-out baggy shirt with dark pants and sloppy shoes with unkempt hair. Now her hair was flawlessly tied in a bun, apparently by an expert. She wore a dark shirt whose two buttons were undone from the top with bell-bottom white-pants. For footwear she donned dark, 6 inch heels. Her coat hung free by her shoulders. This style was some way or another cliché, however it looked new on Dana."I see I've taken you by surprise", Dana spoke with a smile forming over her face; her olive skin radiating by the reflection of the sun from the window that's now losing its blazing flares. Siberia continued to stare for a brief moment until she finally spoke. "Ah, we meet again. I didn't reckon you were a doctor". Siberia let out
9 years back Siberia's parents had a contention over a trivial issue like how they usually would. Her dad left and didn't get back for over seven days. Siberia's mom believed that he was simply having a tantrum to cause her to feel regretful, yet much to her dismay it was another tempest that would cut off their relationship.Around midnight both Siberia and her mom shocked conscious when they heard a boisterous thump on the entryway. It was surprising to have guests at this hour thus her mom believed that perhaps it was Ian who came back. Be that as it may, after opening the entryway there were two obscure individuals with Ian standing oblivious in the center, upheld by the two others. Siberia remained by the flight of stairs, close to the entryway, looking as her mom spoke with them."I'm detective Dana and this is my mate. We found him lying in the middle of street 9 in a drunken state and used his ID card to track his house details." Dana spoke with much confidence that there was
Siberia's eyes were bloodshot red as she didn't have a proper sleep and her head ached badly. Though Siberia was used to having frequent cerebral pains, this was different yet she remained ignorant to it and prepared to leave. She wore her sea-blue sweatshirt with black pants along with her usual sneakers. Her hair was tied in a messy bun highlighting her jaw and neck lines. She tugged in her shirt a bit before giving herself one last look in the mirror prior to leaving her apartment. While getting off she heard a voice she assumed she knew very well. She somewhat peeked down and spotted Dana on the phone."Simply transport them to me and I'll deal with the rest" Dana spoke nonchalantly while swiping her hair back and looking sideways to ensure nobody was there.Siberia saw this as a significant wellspring of material in her investigation cycle and thus started to record while ensuring she was out of reach from Dana's sight."Believe me when I say the experiment will be worth the effo
Siberia left the room after Yeong rested off. It was five past forty and Siberia left for her room while updating Yeong's condition to Mr. Han on her way. Dana stood just outside, before her entryway with her arms crossed. She wore the same clothing with the exception of this time, her hair was tied in a low braid. She looked at Siberia when she showed up, a smile spreading over her face."Took you sufficiently long to come dear" Dana spoke with a little mockery to her voice."Is there something I can assist you with?" Siberia despised Dana and right this moments she wanted to bounce at her like a wild feline, however she shunned herself from doing so and put on a phony grin all things considered."Nothing as of now" Dana came a bit closer to Siberia from her spot, her arms still crossed. "I see you two are together now, if I'm not mistaken" Dana raised her eyebrows a bit as she spoke."You were eavesdropping" Siberia looked at her in disbelief."I wouldn't say so. He is my son and as

The hospital, once a battleground for hope and despair, stood as a silent witness to the somber events that had transpired.Siberia, now a mere ghost of the hero she had once been, wandered through the cold expanse, her steps heavy with the burden of loss. Yeong's absence echoed in the hollow chambers of her heart, a wound that time seemed powerless to heal.Yuna, who had stood by Siberia in the face of darkness, struggled with her own demons. The events that had unfolded left scars on her soul, a constant reminder of the choices made in the pursuit of justice. The world outside Siberia's icy realm moved on, ignorant of the tragedy that had unfolded within its borders. The government, having closed the chapter on the Dana affair, buried the truth beneath layers of bureaucracy and red tape. The renegade scientists, shadows in
The moon hung low in the night sky, its silvery glow casting long shadows across the hospital grounds. Siberia, her heart heavy with the weight of her decision, stepped back into the sterile halls, where the beeping of monitors echoed like a mournful melody. The clandestine deal she had struck with the shadowy figures bores its bitter fruit. A team of renegade scientists, skilled in the darkest arts of experimental medicine, infiltrated the hospital under the cloak of darkness. Dana, restrained and monitored, reluctantly lent her knowledge to the unsanctioned operation. In the dimly lit room where Yeong lay motionless, the renegade scientists worked tirelessly, weaving a delicate dance between desperation and forbidden knowledge. The air crackled with a tense energy as they attempted to reverse the irreversible, to mend what had been shattered by Dana's malevolent experiments.Siberia, her eyes fixed on the monitors, watched as hope flickered like a dying flame. The minutes stretched
Two days after the harrowing confrontation at the hidden facility, the victims of Dana's monstrous experiments lay in critical condition in a sterile hospital ward. The air hung heavy with the scent of antiseptic, a constant reminder of the battle fought for justice and the toll it had taken on those caught in the crossfire.Yeong, Siberia's beloved, lay motionless in his hospital bed, connected to an array of monitors and life-supporting machines. The once vibrant young man was now a pale shadow of his former self, his weakened body bearing the scars of Dana's insidious experiments. The hospital's grim announcement reverberated through the corridors, sending shockwaves of despair through the hearts of the heroes. The victims, including Yeong, were in such a critical condition that further attempts to save them seemed futile. The prognosis painted a bleak picture, casting a pall of sorrow over the hospital.Siberia, her eyes red from exhaustion and grief, refused to accept defeat. Wit
The bitter winds of Korea swept through the bustling landscape as Yuna and Siberia continued their relentless pursuit of justice. Armed with the leverage they had unearthed on Dana, the villain who had woven a web of deceit around them, the duo pressed forward with a steely determination.Their investigation led them deep into the heart of a forgotten research facility hidden amidst the forestry expanse. The rumors of Dana's illegal experiments on humans, attempting to merge them into half-human, half-robot hybrids, seemed unfathomable, but every clue they followed brought them closer to the chilling truth. As they approached the concealed entrance of the clandestine facility, Yuna couldn't shake the unease that gripped her. The biting cold seemed to intensify with each step, echoing the chill that ran down her spine. Siberia, clad in her signature icy-blue suit, with frost-kissed hair flowing behind her like a winter breeze, shared a determined glance with Yuna. They were prepared to
Siberia stayed on the ground as Yeong went, his mother trailing in his wake. There was nothing left to see, so the throng started to disperse. Siberia was assisted to her feet by a few kind nurses and led into a quiet room. One of the nurses stayed around after the others had departed, saying, "Have some water, dear," in a tone reminiscent of a mother comforting her kid. When Siberia looked up, she saw an elderly woman who appeared to be in her 50s. Skin dangling from her arms, wrinkled. Siberia's voice broke as she said, "Who are you?"The woman rubbed her head and murmured softly, "Someone who believes you." "I am aware of Dana's activities. I've seen her do it in private, but when I tried to bring this to light, I was written off as crazy. Embracing the truth is never simple". As she said, the woman averted her gaze. "This is not the initial instance. Her methods have deceived countless individuals, including your dad.""You recognized my father?" Siberia said, looking up at her i
"YOU-", Siberia found her words to be lost in a trance. She heard faint voices of a little girl calling out to her mother, faint voices of a little girl telling her mother how her day at school was, faint voices of a little girl telling her mother how her cooking is impeccable and how she'll always love her despite the ups and downs. She heard her mother's voice telling her how she'll always protect her. Siberia felt her chest burning, her head aching, she felt her muscles cramping yet there was a greater pain than what she felt physically. She stormed out of the bistro and ran halfway where she got herself into a taxi and headed straight back to Seoul.Upon reaching Seoul she got herself another taxi and headed to the hospital, expecting Dana to be there. She screamed out Dana's name in rage which drew the attention of the people yet Siberia didn't care the least. She asked the receptionist, "WHERE THE HELL IS THAT DANA", her voice was frightfully loud and her face red with veins pop
Siberia left the hospital an hour or two after lunch. She informed Mikhail prior to showing up at a close by bistro, close to his work spot, and sent him her location. It was long after he at last came. "Gosh Mikhail, what took you such a long time" Siberia expressed her irritation as she talked. "The traffic was terrible" Mikhail laughed as he spoke, enjoying her expression all over. Siberia breathed out a sharp breath before she spoke, "In any case, since I don't have a lot of time presently, I'll just get straight to the point" "Okay" Mikhail looked at her, waiting for Siberia to start spilling the tea. "There are two things..... Yeong and I are together" Siberia spoke in haste and very carefully observed Mikhail's reaction. "You are WHAT?" Mikhail looked at her with wide eyes and spoke so loud that it was drawing nearby attention. "Hey, keep it down" She smacked him lightly as she spoke. "The second thing is..." Mikhail cut her off, still not being able to process what he
Today was particularly cold. Siberia who's suffering from Hyperhidrosis felt cold and was wrapped up in 2 layers. She wore her tea green sweatshirt with her light brown coat that reached till her calves. For bottoms she wore her white-boot cut pants and this time she wore her brown boots with a 3 inch heel that made her look quite tall. She let her auburn-brunette silky hair down before leaving for the hospital. On her way she sent a voice mail to Mikhail."Hey, let's meet at 6 today, I have a lot of tea" She chuckled as she spoke, feeling quite excited today. The hospital felt different to her today. She realized she was coming here not as a caretaker, but rather now as somebody whose meeting someone she cherishes. It was like a new atmosphere and Siberia loved that inclination. She immediately got into the lift and advanced towards room 209."Hey Yeong!" she spoke excitedly.Yeong, who was lying down, playing with his phone, got up startled subsequent to leaving a relieved breath
