Thorn's pov.I made sure to be as stealthy as possible while sneaking out of the palace but I saw Genevieve being accompanied by some guards and wondered where she was coming from by that time of the night. To avoid being seen by her or by the guards that were with her, I ran into the woods and waited it out.After a few minutes of poking around, she finally left with the guards and I came out of my hiding place. CHAPTER 65Thorn's pov.I watched Genevieve run towards the direction of the attacks and my heart leaped out of my chest. Spears were flying around, arrows were being shot everywhere and I couldn't bear to see her get hurt.
