Chapter 6

I hear someone crying beside me. I want to open my eyes but I can not. Everything went completely black.

"Where am I? Why am I in this total darkness? What will I do now?" I want to cry. I want to scream.

Why am I in a total abyss?

There have been some flashbacks in my life recently. I saw my siblings crying. I saw Maya and Matt shapeshifting and lastly, there was Rosh transforming and ready to attack me!

"Nooooooo!" I screamed! 

I gasped for breath and I screamed from a terrifying scene. My lungs are running out of oxygen when I open my eyes.

The twins came to my side when I opened my eyes. They are sobbing.

"You are alive Raia!" Maya said while sobbing.

"What happened!? Why are you crying?" I asked Maya.

"Don't you remember what happened?" Matt.

I tried to recollect my memories. Rosh attacked me! I suddenly checked my shoulder where Rosh bit me. I felt relieved when I saw my wounds completely healed but there is a scar left like a tattoo.

Rosh came together with a doctor to check her.

"Ms. David, thank God you surpassed death. I am Dr. Blythe." the doctor said.

"Did I experience a life and death situation?" I asked Dr. Blythe.

"Yes, you were in a coma for two weeks." Dr. Blythe replied while doing some check up from my body.

"Really?!Do werewolves have strong rabies that put me in a coma?" I was curious.

"We don't have rabies." the doctor replied while restraining himself from laughing.

I saw Rosh and still kept quiet. He just observes us.

"Then why do I end up in a coma?" I ignorantly asked.

"Rosh is an alpha, he has a strong power and strength that your body can bear. It is considered a miracle that you survive from his attack." Dr. Blythe explains.

I felt chills down my spine when I escaped from my death.

Dr. Blythe left after he checked my condition. Rosh didn't leave the room. He came near my bed.

"I am sorry, I know it is not enough to apologise. I put your life in danger." Rosh started to open up.

"What happened? Why did you attack me?" I asked him.

"I don't know." Rosh replied and lowered his head.

"The twins are not attacking me even if they transformed into werewolves." I asked and was confused about the situation.

"I was mad at you that time." Rosh said.

"That's why you attack me?" I asked.

"No, I just had an urge to bite you at that time. I can not explain it. This is the first time that I attack someone when I transform." Rosh replied.

"Really?! Then how can I guarantee my safety if you transform?" I asked him. 

No, the possible danger will sink in my head if I continue to work under Rosh.

"Raia, I promise that this is the first and last incident that will put your life in danger." Rosh promised.

"Can I ask for compensation for this incident?" I had the courage to ask him.

"Yes, I know I put your life in danger and it is my responsibility to pay for it." Rosh replied.

"I want to add this to our agreement." I suggest it since my life is at stake.

"No problem, do you want to add more?" he asked.

"Yes, if something bad might happen to me like death. I want you to take care of my siblings. I want their future to be insured." I added.

Rosh was surprised that my condition is not for myself but for my siblings.

"I will call my lawyer to fix our contract. For the meantime you have to rest." Rosh said and left the room.

On the night of the full moon, Rosh was mad at Raia for having a conversation with Hedwig, his mortal rival. When the full moon shines..Rosh had a strong urge to bite Raia. Something in Raia's body was pulling Rosh to make contact with her. He smelled a strong scent from Raia that made him go wild and out of control. He can't resist the strong attraction that's why he bit her.

After the incident Rosh still had an urge to bite Raia but he needs to control it. Sometimes he had this feelings that wants Raia to be by his side and always at his sight.

"Gosh, she makes me insane." Rosh whispered after leaving the room.

The twin came back to the room to check Raia.

"Raia, we are so afraid when you don't wake up." Matt said.

"Really? Did I scare you that I might be dead?" I asked the twins.

"Yes! I hate Uncle Rosh for attacking you!" Maya replied and sobbing.

"It was an accident Maya, forgive your uncle." I said.

"We will protect you from our uncle." Matt said.

"Thank you Matt." I replied. My heart skipped a beat for the concern of the twin. They are so adorable.

After a week, I regained my strength and went back to morning training. This time Rosh assigned an instructor to train me and the twins.

Every time I saw Rosh, he tried to avoid my gaze and keep himself busy. He makes sure that we are not alone inside one room. That makes me wonder if Rosh still has the urge to bite me.

Rosh started to look at me intensely. Sometimes I caught him staring at me during our training.

"Sir Rosh, I need to go to the grocery store." I asked permission to him.

"Why?!" He asked.

"I need something to buy." I replied.

"Raia, we will go with you." Maya said.

"Okay, I will drop you at the grocery store." Rosh replied.

"Huh?? The driver can drop us. I know you are busy." I said.

"I still have time to drop the three of you." Rosh replied.

"Okay." I replied.

We went to the nearest grocery store. To my surprise, Rosh never leaves and stays with us. 

"What will you buy Raia?" Maya asked.

"Personal items." I replied. 

I want to buy sanitary pads but why does Rosh come with us? I can't buy it with his presence.

"Sir Rosh, I thought you were busy. We can ask the driver to pick us." I said. I want him to leave now.

"Our meeting with the investor was cancelled so I had some free time today." Rosh replied.

"I see, Sir, you can stay at the mini cafe while waiting for us." I said.

"Okay, I will wait for you at the mini cafe." Rosh replied.

I have no choice. I have to walk fast to the hygiene section of the grocery to pick my personal needs. I don't have time to take more time because Rosh is waiting.

"Raia, can you buy us chocolate?" Maya's request.

"Sure, pick some." I replied to Maya.

Maya and Matt were happy when they bought their chocolates.

At the cashier counter, Rosh came and he insisted on paying for my groceries.

"You don't have to pay for this sir." I said 

"No, I owe you a big time." Rosh insisted.

"Thank you sir." I replied.

The night is peaceful and quiet. The sky was crystal clear with full of stars. I saw Rosh at the garden training with some of his packs. I like the view from my balcony. I had the full view of Rosh's shirtless body.

Rosh noticed my presence and looked at me. From the garden, Rosh kept running and when he saw me he jumped towards my balcony.

I was shocked how high Rosh can jump. He was now in front of me. His face leaned towards my face.

"You are so adorable." Rosh said in his husky voice.

I was more surprised when he started kissing me!
