Chapter - 6:

Arvi Pov:

"Mamma I'm leaving" I said and went to my car and drove off to the mall.

My colleagues got to know about my engagement through Kushi so they asked me for a party. I invited Kushi and Priya also. We decided meet at the mall and do some shopping.

They all are waiting for me at the entrance. I greeted and hugged all of them. We shopped a lot and had so much fun. We all are exhausted so we decided to grab something in the food court before going to our houses. After taking food we all sat in one place.

"So tell us about your fiance" one my colleague Sara asked.

"His name is Karthik and he is the second heir of Malhotra group of industries" I said.

"Wow" they said.

"What about his looks?" they asked.

"He is good" I said.

Listening to this Priya and Kushi gave me "are you kidding me look".

"Actually he is few inches taller than me, tanned skin, silky hair, cute dimples and attractive eyes" I said.

"We are not satisfied with your description. Tell us what we want to listen from u" Priya said.

"Leave it Priya" I said.

"We won't leave this matter until you say what we want" Kushi said.

"Ok He is handsome and hot fine now" I said it in anger.

"So I'm handsome and hot" someone said from my behind and my eyes widened in shock.

I know who it was.

It is Karthik's voice and he is behind me.

"Hi Karthik" Priya and kushi said.

"Hello" he said and I turned around to see him.

He had an amused expression on his face and I started blushing. I turned to see my friends they all are smiling seeing me and him.

"I.... have to go" I said and took all my shopping bags and started walking outside. I heard their laughter.

"Arvi what you have gotten yourself into?" I scolded myself.

I kept the bags in my car and drove off.

Karthik pov:

Today is Sunday. So I don't have office work today. I and Ishaan are started playing then suddenly my phone went off. It's Laksh.

"Hi Laksh" I said.

"Hi Karthik" he said.

"Are u free now?" he asked.

"Yep brow. Why?" I said.

"Karthik can u do me a favour?" he asked.

"Ya brow tell me" I said.

"Karthik I'm struck in some important work. Can u pick up Priya from the mall" he asked.

"Sure brow" I said and hung the call.

I went to my car and drove off. After parking my car in parking lot. I messaged Priya to ask where she is and she replied that she is in food court. I went towards the food court, they are sitting in a corner table so I started walking towards them.

When I'm near to their table Priya signalled me to not to talk. Arvi friends asked her about my looks. She said I'm good. All girls throw themselves at me and here my fiancé is thinking that I'm only looking good. Priya and Kushi gave her a look then she started describing about me.

"Actually he is few inches taller than me, tanned skin, silky hair, cute dimples and attractive black eyes" she said.

Wow she also observed me like I observed her. It brought a smile on my face.

"We are not satisfied with your description. Tell us what we want to listen from u" Priya said.

"Leave it Priya" she said.

"We won't leave this matter until you say what we want" Kushi said.

"Ok He is handsome and hot fine now" she said.

I want to tease her.

"So I'm handsome, and hot" I asked her.

She didn't turned back that means she even remembered my voice.

"Hi Karthik" Priya and kushi said.

"Hello" I said and she turned around to see me.

She blushed into deep shade of red. My heart jumped in joy because she is blushing because of me.

"I.... have to go" she said took all her shopping bags and started walking outside. We all started laughing at her shyness and awkwardness.

This girl is effecting me a lot without any effort and I know I'm slowly falling for her. She is the one for me.

Kushi pov:

I and Priya purposefully made Arvi to tell about Karthik looks. We both know that Karthik is coming to pick Priya from the mall. Karthik listened to our conversation.

When Arvi said "He is handsome, hot and sexy".

He teased her. She recognised that it's Karthik so she didn't turned back immediately and she is blushing.

Wow! my bestie knows how to blush.

She said she has to go, took her bags and went away. We all laughed at her shyness.

"Please god always keep her happy" I prayed for her.

Later we decided to leave so we took our shopping bags and went to the parking lot.

I didn't find my wallet.

"Priya I forgot my wallet in food court. You guys wait here and I will bring my wallet" I said.

"Ok but come fast" she said.

I went there and took my wallet. When I'm going towards the parking lot my leg was got hit with a rock and the wallet fell from my hands.

I took my wallet, I turned around and shocked to see one car is coming near me. I rooted to my place.

Before the car could hit me some one dragged me from there and I fell on top of him. I hugged that person tightly due to fear.

"Relax you are safe now" he said and I opened my eyes to be met with a pair of brown orbs. His eyes were greater depth like an ocean. His eyes held happiness and recognition. I haven't met him before and we both met first time right. We both are lost in each other eyes.

"Kushi" my friends called me from behind.

I came out of the shock and went to Priya and hugged her.

"Kushi you are fine now. Relax" she said caressing my hair.

"Hi Mr. Aditya Mehra" Karthik said.

"Hello Mr. Karthik Malhotra"

"How come you are here?" Karthik asked.

"I shifted to Mumbai around 10 days back"

"Thanks for saving Kushi" Karthik said.

"You are welcome and I need to go now" and they both did a handshake. He went away.

I came to know that they are business partners. We also started to our houses.

Arvi pov:

"You idiot Why u did that?" I asked Priya.

"What did I do?" she asked innocently.

"U already knew that Karthik is coming and u tricked me to say those things" I said.

"It's payback time baby and u are face was worth watching" she said and started laughing.

"I won't leave you and Kushi" I said.

"You know what happened to Kushi after u went?" Priya asked.

"What happened to her?" I asked and she explained me what had happened there.

"Thank god nothing happened to her" I said.

Later we talked to for some time and I disconnected the call.

"Hi papa"

"Hi princess" Papa said.

"Princess I want to tell you something" Papa asked.

"Tell me papa" I said.

"Karthik has to go for US for two weeks so they want to conduct the wedding after he will return from US" papa said.

"Yayy! That means I have more time to stay here" I said and hugged my papa.

All laughed at my excitement.
