Henry stared at her for a few seconds and faintly muttered, “It’s not that.” After he said this, he quickly gulped down the juice.

Upon seeing this, Tammy’s tense heartstrings abruptly loosened.

15 minutes later, after Tammy accompanied him through his meal, she took the thin blanket from Jesse’s hand and placed it over Henry’s legs. Then, she pulled it up to cover his stomach.

“You can take a break. Even if you can’t fall asleep, just close your eyes for a while and rest your mind.” She had a smile on her lips as she spoke. There was nothing peculiar about her current behavior.
