Sharon was abruptly woken up after getting sprinkled on by cold water. As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw Howard lying right next to her. There were injuries on his face, and he was still unconscious.

The memories from before she fainted had all come back to her at once. Howard had tried to save her but he was knocked out cold by the kidnappers.

“Howard, wake up…” She tried calling out to him.

The kidnappers on the side chuckled. “You’re awake, Miss Newton.”

Sharon turned her head and coldly glared at those kidnappers who were hiding their faces. “What do you want? Money?”
