“How impudent!” Quinn sneered. How dare a little brat challenge him?!

His murky old eyes immediately glared at Sharon as he said, “Contact his parents immediately and demand them the compensation for the vase. Ask them to take this kid away as well!”

Sharon was getting somewhat angry as well. She knew that the old man had a weird temperament, but he was clearly abusing his authority to hurt a child.

“I’ll pay you back for the vase, but how can you bicker with a child at your age? You’ll become a laughing stock if outsiders find out about this,” said Sharon coldly.

Quinn snorted back at her. “I’m already a laughing stock for accepting you back into the Newton household! You’re not even his mother, so why are you paying for his mistake? Call his parents over!”
