Simon and Sharon looked at each other, one standing while the other was sitting. They were not far from each other but it felt a little stifling.

The man stared at her for a long time, his eyes darkening unconsciously.

From the eyes of others, the silent duo seemed to be confronting each other or even testing each other to see if they could really break up in such a cruel manner.

After a while, the man made a move. He grabbed the pen that was thrown to her just now and signed his name on the divorce papers.

Sharon looked at him in shock. Did he just sign them?

Simon signed his name and pushed the divorce papers to her. “Your turn.”

She stared at the man's powerful strokes in disbelief. He did not hesitate and she did not see any reluctance in him. He was so straightforward, and it seemed that he wanted to get rid of this marriage immediately so that he could get rid of her.

She felt as if something was clutching at her heart. She felt that it was getting difficult to breathe.
