Isla’s pov

“I’m sorry for everything!” Dario said, his voice echoing through the room. I couldn’t believe his words. I peered at him, at that moment I saw his lips unfurl again Dario had more words to say. Maybe Nima was right.

“I’m always right!” She said in a cheerful tone.

“It feels too good to be true.” I said to her. I didn’t continue talking because I heard Dario clear his throat.

I placed my attention him and he still appeared Vulnerable. I wondered why he wasn’t concealing his emotions. It had been so scarred by Dario’s actions that even with his honest and regretful eyes. I was still waiting for him to switch, to walk out on me, to act like everything he said was nothing.

“Isla!” He called out. His hands which was perched on mine, left and at that moment he placed them on my hips. Warmth radiated through my body, as he pulled me into his embrace.
