Chapter 5. Blue Crystal

After the king and his guards disappeared behind the trees. Katty Emerlinda immediately entered. She took out her sword which she hid under the bed. "West direction. I'll find you soon," she said, then jumped into the air. As if flying, she walked very fast in the air past the trees that were swaying in the wind. She stomped her feet on the ground then stopped when she saw a creature surrounded by white light. "You are so brave enough to mess up this forest. Who are you?"

Katty screamed angrily. The figure of the creature in black robes did not answer. Katty was getting angry. She stepped forward closer but she could not penetrate the light surrounding the creature. "Whoever you are, devil or human, I don't care. This forest is my home. You have trespassed and made a mess here. You have to take responsibility." The figure of the creature moved its hand then pulled out the sword that was stuck on the ground. The strong wind suddenly stopped blowing, the thunder stopped too.

"The golden sword? It's a sword inherited from pure werewolf blood. I'll try to trick it." Katty said, then knelt to the ground then looked down. Her palms rest on her hands. She raised her face, opened her mouth and let out a sound like the howl of a wolf. A few moments later, her body slowly changed from head to toe. Katty Emerlinda has now turned into a wolf. She howled long. She hopes that the creature understands the symbol of friendship she gives, but it turns out she was wrong.

"Devil woman. You can trick the king with your fakes and black magic, but you can't fool me. Stop pretending to make me believe in you because I won't waste my time playing with a prostitute like you! You're cheating. You use nature to protect your crimes. Do you think nature will be on your side forever? Nature will find out the truth. There's no one supporting you anymore!" The creature exclaimed in a loud voice. Katty Emerlinda was startled.

'Who is this woman? Is she the queen, Lourine Chatrine? But it can't be. I never knew or even heard that Lourine Chatrine had such powerful powers. Who is this woman? ' Katty Emerlinda thought. Katty let out a long howl and then tried to attack the creature. Several times she tried but she failed to penetrate the halo. Katty despaired and changed her form back into a human.

"You're surprised that you couldn't break through this circle of light? If you were a pure werewolf, you would know how to penetrate this circle of light. But you are a demonic incarnation hiding behind a werewolf mask so you cannot pass through this circle. You are a demonic woman." The creature within the circle of light said, then moved its sword to the side. Instantly, her body disappeared.

"Shit! Damn creatures!" Katty cursed and growled angrily. She was very angry because she had not had time to attack, the creature was gone. "Today you humiliated me, but later my revenge will be more than what you have done to me. Soon I will be a queen, and I will have many soldiers. I will be free to do anything, including repaying your deeds. My goal will soon be achieved. Just one step away. "

Katty said with a laugh. Katty Emerlinda, the mysterious woman who lives in the middle of the forest, is actually an incarnate demon. Her real face was bad because of a curse. Only the pure blood of the baby descendants of king Van De Fretas, the owner of the divine crystal, can make his face return to normal. That was the reason she was eyeing the king. She wants to have descendants from the king, then she will use the baby to break the curse.

The disappearance of Queen Lourine Chatrine from the palace made everyone in the palace panic. All guards were ordered to search the palace. Prince Xander looks sad. He was very worried about his mother, especially since the king had not returned from the forest. "Prince, we've checked. There are no signs of kidnapping. Everything looks normal." A bodyguard reported to the prince.

"Thank you. Keep on searching. Check out the temple on the hill as well," said the prince. His anxiety increased. He will wait until the king returns. If by night his mother had not been found, the prince would go outside the palace to look for her. The prince ran into his mother's room.

'I remember the message from my mother. I have to take my prize.' The prince said in his heart. He opened the door of his mother's room quickly. There is a small box and a sword on the table. The prince immediately took the box and the sword and took it out. He ran towards the temple on the hill. The sadness that his mother left could not overcome his curiosity about the contents of the box.

He walked faster until he arrived at the temple. Very quiet. He took a sitting position facing west. The sun that was setting in the evening was very beautiful. Prince Xander immediately opened the box. A colored crystal shone very brightly. The prince took it carefully. There was a sheet of white cloth with an inscription that looked like dried blood visible at the bottom of the box. Prince Xander took the cloth and read it.

[The divine inheritance blue crystal was swallowed by the silver sword.] The prince repeatedly read it and tried to understand the sentence. The sentence is like a riddle. Prince Xander stared intently at the crystal. "The sword. The blue crystal inherited from the god was engulfed by the silver sword. That sword was a silver sword. Yes, it is. I found the answer." Prince Xander took out a sword from its sheath. A very shiny silver sword.

Prince Xander examined all parts of the sword. He saw a small hole in the sword tip. He took the crystal and put it in the hole. Instantly there was a very bright white light mixed with blue light from the crystal. The sword released itself from the prince's hand and then floated in the air.

Prince Xander immediately stood up. A few moments later, the light disappeared. Prince Xander immediately took the sword back. The crystal was now perfectly attached to the edge of the sword. "Mother, I have got a gift. Thank you mom. I have understood all the words of the mother. Wherever you are, I hope you are fine, until the time comes we will meet again.

I will always miss you. "Prince Xander said and then put back his sword. Now he understands that his mother has planned to leave. He has sadness and longing in his heart. "The palace is not the last place you live." Prince Xander repeated his mother's words.

"I always have to be ready with all the possibilities that will happen. The odds are bad even though I will be ready for it." Prince Xander walked back to the palace. "Smart young man. You will soon understand all this." A voice was heard from the roof of the shrine.
